wrong analysis by ptv.
they have rejected a lot of applicants in last 3 months.. then why wud they like to keep some applicants just RBVO while they can reject them can get rid off.
there might be some other reason like waiting for next instruction from CIC. applicants are pending for IN process are all having 2nd AOR in dec, Jan and feb. so that could not be the reason.moreover they can not discriminate between applicants from same MI. and same NOCs
I don't think they are going strictly by 2nd AOR date, it seems to be random. I remember someone from Jan 2011 (2nd AOR) also went into process recently. What is also unclear is why NDVO is the only one holding back MI-1s, see this link - buffalo 4131 MI-1 got medicals. Today One of my friend received medical request via email. He has applied in December 2011.Along with medical letter they sent passport request too. Here I would like to ask you that how to send passport to NDVO? Via mail or any other way?? Thank you in Advance.

Yes thats what i wanted to say, we dont know the reason behind this delay. Mine is still RBVO and I have regular MCA and part time MBA from reputed college of Delhi and having 7 years experience and now pursuing Phd so i cant take it if you say that i'm ineligible that's why i'm still RBVO. |

Btw we should realize that Buffalo and London have a processing time of 25 months approx. So the people who are receiveing medical request would have already crossed that much time.

If you check trackitt.com, MR requests again started after the complete full stop in March 12 end.(alll VO's)
3 new medical requests in the last 7 days. (No NDVO yet on trackitt, but two of them are Indians)
This is really good move.
