DOnt want to contradict any body here but
I) CHC does not work on basis of NOC there is nothing like a priority NOC.
2) All applicants who applied till march to Nova scotia are in process baring a few scanty cases
3) atul.amin Do not treat him as a ideal example

ya ,seems like they are working on April 2010 cases.
May aplicants like me & Lakhwinderji need to wait.
Everyday few guys are coming up with IP status and mostly they are now April 2010 cases..

I think they will put all prejune files in Process, by April 2012 release the MR to all and slowly and steadily by end of 2012 and early 2013 Issue the visas. I was unnescarily getting excited about Atul.amin geting MR in 4 days of In process , Actualy he has applied for M PNP so he got the MR . Dear Friends , Next Waiting Round starts now , without any clue when and how CIC /NDVO gonna process our files. ..........  |

NO Need to worry dear ,,,, Actually it is a very good sign to all who all get real In process, They have crossed one hurdle and are very near to medicals, I don't anticipate any scenario of MASS REJECTIONS, there may quite a few owing to the quality of docs, So we can definitely expect mass medicals soon, The issuance of visas will definitely depends upon no of admissions targeted by CIC, But at present odds seems to be in favor in pre- juners, So hope for best and good luck to all . |

Hi Kavya, I am also 4131 April 2010 with 2nd AOR in Jan 2011. But still its AR in my e-cas. Any advice? I am worried about my husband's Pakistan visits!! Satnam. |
