I am also waiting to get my status change to Inprocess , going by the forum it seems they are working on April 2010 cases .
Sandy, processing seems to be based on particular NOC.If its for Aprl 2010,Atul amin was June applicant,He has got the medicals. looks like they are processing 4131,0231,6141,1111. regards Edmonta |

Atul.amin was an exceptional case , Lakhvinder she has the same NOC and same time line as Atul but she neither got medical nor get her status into in process. I am hoping after doing April 2010 they will start working on may 2010 Sandy,

I am hoping after doing April 2010 they will start working on may 2010 yes Atul is a single applicant who got MR yet but many others with same timelines has got status as Inprocess like Kavya, Binson and Tanytush. they all received 1st Aor in Oct,2010. I think they are not working as per 2nd AOR.I think they just randomly picking up to finish the processing of all pre junes first and then will issue medicals. Just my assumption. |

@ lakhvinderji,
As i have observed,those who submitted full docs in June-July 2010 got their ecas turned to "IN PROCESS" with commencement of processing dt in Jan 2012. Likewise,Aug-sept 2010 applicants(having submitted full docs) are getting the same in FEB2012.
The only point of concern is that even those who got their specific start dt of processing in first week of Jan 2012,are still waiting for MR.Ordinarily,MR is issued within 4-6 weeks time from the actual processing dt,as substantiated by Champion forum member QORAX in one of his posts.Assuming that NDVO lives upto its reputation,MARCH2012 shall be destined to wear the crown quite good no of "MRS".
Let us wait nd see if it really happens.

Agreed. 4131,0231,6141,1111 Most of the people think that these NOCs are in priority. But if you check most of the applicants are from these categories.
