Dear freinds, i recieved PER today with file number start with E and e-cas with that file number showing 'inprocess'.My old application still there but pending review .Should i withdraw old one? because newdelhi visa office send me email stating that my old file is not going to process in the year2012 and i m eligible for refund if i withdraw that one.  Congrats sadika for getting PER ! You took wise decision by applying in MI-3. I wish i could apply but my NOC doesnt exist in MI-3. I suggest dont withdraw your first application till you get MR for either of one.As i read at forum NDVO will ask you to withdraw once they start processing your 2nd app. Wish you good luck and speedy processing. You probably don't want to go by that email. I am sure the obvious thing is to wait until you get MR for first/second application and then withdraw the other. May be you can find out how withdrawing the application works (how long they will take to process the request, etc.).
Congrats sadika for getting PER !
You took wise decision by applying in MI-3. I wish i could apply but my NOC doesnt exist in MI-3.

As per you have mentioned your old file is not going to be processed in year 2012, does that mean no file is going to be processed in 2012? OR it was only for your particular file as you have applied twice.

I dont know shreya but i got PER just after the day i recieve email from newdelhi visa office. May be newdelhi visa ofice aware about 2 files.However many other applicants also got this email who have single file. |

Dear All,
As we Pre June applicants are waiting for MR and hopefully cases like me who've submitted full docs in Jan 2011 is unlikely to get MR in 2012.
My questions:
1)I still have NOC 7216 in MI -3 in which I can apply.Though my earlier NOCs were 0711 & 9212,both non existing now(Project manager & Utility engineer),SHOULD I GO FOR NEW APPLCATION UNDER NOC 7216.?!!(As a maintenance supervisor-though I've worked on higher postion than this,Job responsibilites will be falling same and my previous employer is ready to give me any type of reference letter..)
2) I'd given IELTS in Oct 2010.The same one will be valid for new applcation..??!
3) Hopefully ,new file preparation will take a month time.So If I file it in Jan 2012,Should I be through in 2012 end or I should not file and stick to the old file only.
Pl. give me some views on this:

Hi Edmonta, If you ask my suggestion I wud strongly recommend you to apply again in MI-3 , I know its bit tough to get collect all documents all over again but it's worth to save yourself from waiting pain for unknown period. As people are assuming that pre june apps will be processed in 2012 but no one having any concrete reason for the same. Pre 2008 applicants are waiting to see any movement since last many years. I am not discouraging anybody but yes actually we are in dark. If you have chance you should apply again. 1) If your job duties are same as in 7216 yes you can apply. 2) IELTS is valid for two years now. So yours will be valid through oct 2012. 3) As MI-3 processing time is 6-12 months so getting visa in 2012 having fair chances. All the best. |
