Hi Sadika, I got the same information as well that NDVO took out pre June applicants file , which was dumped earlier in there record rooms , hopefully we will start hearing news from January 2012 onwards . It's visible on the forum as well as status for Pre June applicants are getting change Happy new for prejune applicants,
Those applicants whose files recieved by CIO till early april2010 with file tranfer date of march,april,may and june2010 are going for inprocess from today,irrespective of their occupation priority.

Since we are may2010 applicants with file transfer date of around oct-nov2010 we will go inprocess in march2012, and will be finalised in 2 years(i.e in oct-nov2012) depending on complexity of files and new applications intakes. |

Hi, My case is same as yours. I applied in May 31st 2010. Got 1st AOR on Sep 30, 2010. Sent full DOCS on Dec 20th, 2010 and Received 2nd AOR on Jan 13th, 2011. My online status shows "Received by Visa Office......... Pending Review". No Transfer date is mention. Please suggest. Regards, |

Yesterday around 11 applicants from feb-early april 2010 got status in process with address disappeared from our different threads. indian,KDSTL,chintan,nano,simpsoja,sunnysliten,mehulca,hiteshdand,sandhuhar,sukhi_boy,deepty,shairala etc. Means newdelhi visa office opened files till early april 2010 who got file transfer dates in their e-cas status and those who recieved 1ST AOR from CIO before 28 september2010 got file transfer dates lines in their e-cas while those who recieved 1ST AOR after 28 september 2010 are having UCI number and no file transfer dates in their e-cas . It means Newdelhi visa office will start working on those files who have file transfer date in their e cas at this time. |

(six to 12 months for those who have applied since
June 2010). While wait times have and will continue
to rise for applicants under the first set of Ministerial
Instructions of november 2008, this temporary
situation will subside as the inventory of some 136,000
people under this stream is processed over the next two
years.So half of pre june applicants will get processed in 2012 positively. |
