Sadika no need to worry regarding address missing. It is system fault.CIC is sleeping and not doing anything. No update from last many months. It is true picture and pls dont think me negative. At the same i am sure that CIC is successful in making fool to educated applicants around the world. They are not man of words. It is difficult to sort out that what is in their heart. They gave us in writing that our applications will be processed in stipulated period and now they have stopped processing with the pretext that they have received enough applications than expected and they are unable to process. It can be well said that fools are making fool to educated people. How long we will become fool ?.This is my question. If they expect every paper intime from us,then why not processing our files within stipulated period ?.

I am MI-1 applicant under NOC 0213. My NDVO file # is having date as 26th Nov 2010. But I never experienced any address disappearing or status change. Is it because the address mentioned is of my Consultant company ?

My E-CAS status is always "Application Received" & inside it is written we have received your file on 3rd May 2010.

Some people over here who received their file # from NDVO even after 1 month than me are experiencing some activity in their E-CAS status.

Any one of same or nearby date of file # from NDVO with E-CAS status as "Application Received" & no change in status or no address disappearing please respond.

Thanks

This is true. It goes to 15 month from 14 months and within 2 or 3 months it will go to 18 months for sure. Its going up and up just like petrol prices in our country.

This wait is taking its toll & we are at the receiving end form all sides. The way they are increasing processing times is simply unjustified

1. We are uncertain about our future & not able plan things our way.
2. CIC taking its own Sweet Time to take decision on our applications & actually killing our time.
3. We stab the ideas & desires popping up in our minds for even petty things of our life since we always think of saving our resources for Canada.
4. We are not able to concentrate & enjoy our present jobs since we expect things will move soon & we shall get response from CIC.
5. Had we got visas on time these precious years which are getting wasted in waiting could have been fruitful for our settlements in Canada.
6. Some people may become medically unfit by the time they get response with increasing processing times.
7. We postpone many important & critical decisions of our life like changing job, purchasing something costly & many other such things assuming that it will be useless if our application gets processed.
8. These passing years will certainly decline our adaptability for Canada to an extent since we are planning to leave our country where we are settled to a good extent & going Canada to start from Zero.

Its hightime CIC should think of people waiting in queue so they can also decide & plan about their future which is UNCERTAIN presently.

Thats right. Our lives are miserable at the moment. There must be sm way out to let this idiot cic answerable. Probably we all must take help from media, both national n internatioal. In my opinion providing referance of this forum, we must inform media abt it.    Suggestions anybody ?

Life is almost stuck now and hope some good news very soon to makt it more live.

All the best for everyone here in the forum.
