Dear Friends !
I Would like to present a suggestion for all pre-26 june applicants to approach their near n dear ones living in Canada to exercise their right to information Act in Canada at a very small fees of $5.
They can ask for the reason for delay in our processing and further plan of CIC to how they will handle our applications. here is the link for that
form : http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-57-eng.asp
this is the address where they have to mail this form.

hi all,

Now, it's time to contact about the processing of our applications at ND VO, and I hope you guys must have started contacting them. Although it might not be worthing (since post june applications are in priority), it is our right to know about the processing of our applications at the visa office.

I got the 2nd AOR dated 6th Jan, and it has written the followings:
".. if you have not received any instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are requested to contact this office directly...."

I'm goona contacting them after 7th july as per the instruction.

Dear All, The profession of a teacher is respected every where. So don't let you down and hope it is there in the new LIST. The more the time is taken for processing, the more is the chance to success. Let's think this way.

Dear friends, I have a different problem which requires your observations. My consultant is not ready to disclose my personal details on SECOND AOR, justifying by saying it is not his policy to disclose it to any of his clients. Though questioned, he is stubborn. So I lack the key to CAS and am in total  darkness. Can any body  suggest any other possible option except CAIPS, to access the 2nd AOR?

hi,

u can check ur status at
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

put ur B******** (no. is provided in 1st AOR) as client id

But, pls be noted, it is NOT 100% reliable.

hope it worked.

Hi Nicky

What is the name of this consultant? The AOR is for you and not for them. Whatever he is saying is not true and he is trying to hide things. They can not have a policy to hide things from the client. Make sure you ask them that where it is written in their policy and if you have accepted or signed any of such contract.

Take care.

Hello Friends,

I know post 26th June 2010 applicants not only have started receiving their Medicals but they have started receiving Visas... We all the Pre 26th June have become now the Old applicants... Its like people who applied in year 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 still awaiting their Visas...

Having done a lot of research, chits-chats, findings and thought there would be a way out... but sorry to say that we all pre 26th June have to wait for 1 or 2 years or it may prolong more...

Now i am applying for PNP/Manitoba plan... have already put up my file through my sponsor at Manitoba and my file is under process...

My gut feeling says that if everything goes well i will receive visa within 10 to 11 months.

Whats your opinion on above guys...?? do let me know...

For what its worth, I think it will take around 6-10 months from now. If you see, old cases (full docs submitted feb-mar2010) are getting visas. I am only 7 months away from March 2010.  I think we may start getting medicals in 2-3months.

I have also read the link in which David Manicom explained how they work at ND office.Read through this link. Looks like NDVO is the best of the canadian missions. I felt good after reading it. Hope it helps you.

Dear friends, Thanks for your replies. My consultant has my documents like transcripts etc... . So I can not withdraw him. Lamhey, it doesnot work, tried many times. It says" Client ID number should be in this format: 00000000 or 0000-0000". I have applied for CAIPS but not sure of the result without my Second AOR. Really in dilemma.

Hi atul,
Thanks for your concern.

Congrats for your Manitoba application. you have taken a right decision.
wish you all the success and faster processing this time.
Keep posting here.

we can not predict when our app will be processed, now a days Files are processed on the basis of the category, Those who applied before 26 June 2010 are in the second, soon to be third, processing priority after new noc list.
However, the key issues will be the contents of the July Occupation List which is going to publish on 1st july. so wait and watch if it will bring some good news for pre june applicants.
