I  already reapplied under same noc3111 and my application will reach CIO tomorrow.Lets see which application will move faster old or new?
My old application still showing status of 'RBVO' PENDING REVIEW.Hurriedly i aid RPRF  fees also before.

It surely is wise decision as you can not afford wait for two years.
Did you re-appear for IELTS? or you got SECOND COPY OF IELTS result and send it with your second application?

    I reappeared ielts and again paid fees  1550 can dollars and prepared all pccs ,bank statements,experience and educational documents with transcripts again and........................everything again.

                                  I tried my best by putting my  applications  in both pre and postjune categories .lets see what will be the  outcome? which one will progress early?I even dont know.Just patience required.

                            One thing i noticed that the occupations which are not their in prejune38 lists applicants only getting priority in bulk by visa offices see the NOC-0811,1122,2151,2121,3113,3131,3142,1233,4151,4152,7216.....
                            NOC 3112,3152,0631 ,7215 AND 7242   exists in both pre and postjune   veryfew of them got their files in process too.
                      other then above  NOC  CANDIDTES -------all are hanging by newdelhi visaoffices till now  evenif its postjune.
            It means canada is recruiting as per thier present labour market needs  fast and it will continue further too.
               However ,  prejune will also get  medicals regularly as  er thier timelines  but bit slowly .

I was looking at NDVO passport tracking thread..

So far 16 People of  this thread's list got the visa in the month of June
14 are pre-June applicants. 5 are 4131, and 4 are 0213 NOCs.

Just trying to pull up this thread :-)
Let us hope some med requests for our list..

Here is some info (based on quick glance past midnight. Pardon me if there are any errors):

Pre MI-1 Applications  pending as manil is 45k, and 99k at New Delhi
GCMS (the new case management system) allows visa offices to share work load.
NDVO processes huge amount of visas per day (temp resident visas around 500/day)
Skilled worker visas issued last year at NDVO - 11900
During summer max resources are allocated for skilled visas processing. During sprin max resources are allocated for temporary visa processing.

I Would like to present a suggestion for all pre-26 june applicants to approach their near n dear ones living in Canada to exercise their right to information Act in Canada at a very small fees of $5.
They can ask for the reason for delay in our processing and further plan of CIC to how they will handle our applications. here is the link for that
