I don't know if this means NDVO sent my full docs back to Canada..
Anyway, I am hoping to see people with NOCs (0213/4131/0111/1111, etc.) from old-38list  to start getting medicals.

                    NOC Code  : 0213
                  Application to CIO : May 7, 2010
                     1st AOR : 05 Oct 2010
                  Full Documents to ND VO : 27 Jan 2011
                    2nd AOR : 15 Feb 2011 (Letter dated 09 Feb 2011) (Also same file no as 1st AOR)
      When I checked the Ecas Status it displays the same content what u have described
             Have any idea what it means?

Hi,
My Ecas is same as you guys stated, I think some applications are sent to CIO for processing as VOs are overloaded with applications rcvd in March April. The applicants whose file number is not changed at VO are being processed at CIO, it's just an assumption, don't know what is actually going on. Applicants from docs to VO in May June thread are still waiting for medical. We have only one option and that is to wait......!

The applicants whose file number is not changed at VO are being processed at CIO, it's just an assumption, don't know what is actually going on. Applicants from docs to VO in May June thread are still waiting for medical. We have only one option and that is to wait......!

My status is showing "Received_by Visa Office" and in details there are 3 lines, application received date, first AOR date and the third line saying full docs at NDVO, pending review. Applicants like srid_a with almost identical time lines and NOC is showing a different status. No clue. Address also missing for the second time.

I think there are two possibilities:
a) Some applications are sent to CIO.  Don't know if that is good or not
b) Applicatino is with NDVO and ecas is showing CIO status. It may get updated to RVBO at a later date.

I have sent case specific inquiry yesterday asking them for realistic processing times and  if my application was sent to CIO Syndey. It was five months since I have submitted the full docs. Hopefully they will respond saying I have to wait for few more months only ;-)
Average processing time still in 8-10 months range, etc.

I was hoping to get it in May2011.

I think they are busy with post June 26 applicants. Take a look at this link - NDVO gave many medical requests in March.

we are near to the time when CIC will introduce new cap. yap i mean by June'2011. Do you know what it means in other words. the applicants from Jan to june'2011 will be in same situation what we are. I mean they will be under baclog and then from 1st july'2011 till may be oct'2011 will be the time when they will clear up our files and then they will process to the new applicants which are say Aug'2011 to Nov'2011. So the people who are applying now will have their medicals next year same as what we will go through

Hi Kavya,

You are right. This is exactly what even my consultant is saying and as per old cap we would have received our medicals in month of May but now some new cap is been introduced and so date of medicals has been moved further i.e Aug 2011.

Dear All,

As, per OP6, changing file nos. can happen any time during processing to maintain the integrity of the program.

So, no guesses can take place that if file nos. did not change, the files may have been sent to CIO. One processed by CIO file cannot be transferred back to CIO from CHC because CHC is responsible for processing as per "OVERSEAS PROCESSING" op6.pdf

Yes, they are giving priority to post June 26 cases. They have to abide by the Ministerial Instructions. If quota left for the year count, they will process pre 26 June applicants.

One thing surely we need to do is to pray GOD that we get our MR+PPR+RPRF all in one go.

As other forum members expressed their views and based on current trends it may take up to 8-11 months. Again this is again depends from case to case.
