thanks all for answering.
One more thing ,there are some changes in the application forms which we sent to CIO,Sydney.I've revised the datas and filling it again and resending.I have attached a cover letter also mentioning the changes.Now my question is ND VO has mentioned that we need to send the photocopies of the original application forms also with the signatures.So in case when we have changed the application forms then is it required to send the original forms?!!

RVS, I have received an email only in reply to my status inquiry. I am still waiting it via post. I have been given new file no. EXXXXXXXXX... It states average 8 months processing time. Read below sentences as is. Following are few lines from email. * Applications in the Federal Skilled Worker category require an average of 8 months to process at this office. * Please do not contact this office to request a status update unless 8 months have passed since you submitted your complete application. Is this delay in acknowledgement can further delay the process or its depened on the first AOR date?

Hi sans, All oct applicants at this thread have received 2nd AOR except you, perhaps you missed that post.Now a days it takes time to get reply from CHC... considering last week vacations i think you will get reply by this week. Time for processing is calculated as per the date of receipt of your docs at CHC not as getting 2nd AOR date. so dont worry. Wish you all the best. |

They also wrote, to contact then direct, in case i do not hear anything with in 6 months since the date I sent complete docs package ti ND VO. But its not clear when to start counting these 6 months - Nov 17 - I sent the docs Nov 19 - Courier recd by NDVO Dec 21 - date on letter Dec 22 - My DD towards PROCESSING fee for my spouse and kids encashed Dec 30 - Letter posted Jan 06, 2011 - Letter received by me. Hi all,
I have a serious problem in my docs.
I checked my attendance in the institute where I Worked and there was a clerical mistake in some months.
Under my Job Title heading the clerk has written "INSTRUCTOR" in place of "ART TEACHER" for three months in the year 2003.
Nobody, even me noticed this ever. But when my husband was going through it, he pointed out the same.
Please suggest how it may affect my application, in case NDVO checks the register and notices the same. JOB TITLE in my application is ART TEACHER. Though JOB DUTIES of an INSTRUCTOR and (ART) TEACHER as per 4131 are same, But we are getting worried on this issue.
Please advice.

hi sans I also sent my complete application to ndvo on 9 -11-2010 but, did not received any reply from ndvo. last week I also sent a case specific enquiry. may be they will send a reply regarding the my email in 10 to 15 days. do not worry, god will do the best. regards ajay |
