Hi sans,
As you can see in our spreadsheet all applicants who sent their docs in Oct month have received 2nd AOR, you should send case specific inquiry to know the actual status of your app.

My consultant did that already for me a couple of weeks ago and i was informed that my documents was received at delhi v/o and they will send a file number after the initial check. Also they stated that if any clarifications are required, I may be asked to submit supporting docs in a later stage.

I dont know whats going on there. I checked all the photocopies of my application pack i send (5 times so far) and found nothing wrong.

I am thinking of sending another case specific enquiry by the second week of january.

Anyway hope things will be allright in the new year 2011.

Can you paste some contents of the mail here,  Have they mentioned about new file number start as BXXXX or EXXXX.it could be your 2nd AOR.

The email which received from my consultant was not a forwarded copy, it was just his words. I dont beleive to have any such numberes written in the email which would have been noted my consultant. He is quite a nice guy and was very informative in all the steps i went through.

Anyway I will ask for the email next time which I plan to have send sometimes in 2nd week of Jan 2011 by the time i hope to get a clear picture of whats going on my application.

This doesnt seems normal to me. Anyway just keeping low profiled for sometimes now.

Dear All,

Please note that few forms for Application for PR ( for Federal Skilled Worker Class) has been changed.

Following forms are changed:-

1) Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)

2) Fees payment Form – Application for PR (includes Credit Card CVV no)

3) Document Checklist (IMM 5612)

To all who are submitting the full documents can take a note of this.

I have added your name to the list.

I think your case may just be postal or some other delay related to sending out AOR. If you have sent RPRF along with the application, you can check if that was encashed.

You have already checked your docs and nothing seem to be missing. No need to worry. you will get the 2nd AOR soon.

Today i have couriered my second file to CHC/New Delhi

HELLO !!!please do help ....
I just wanted to ask if there is any way i can check my status on the application which was received by the canadian visa office in halifax on the 20 th of december 2010 as per the courrier website but then a few days later the visa office showed that the count limit was reached ....i m very anxious on if my application was included in the count or not, as if it is no tincluded i will have to wait until july 2011 ....there has been no emails from the visa office and i have no clue if there is any website i can check if my application is included in this year's cap or not ....please help ....Thanking you in anticipation ...

still ecas shows review complete..I have borther in Canada he has inquired to canadian high comission,they said due earthquack in haiti they have called many refugee..so that this files will take time.

Hi srid_a, Thats a good idea to check whether my RPRF was cashed or not. Do you know how can i check it. It was all done by my consultant.

Anyway thank you for adding me into the list.

I am just waiting now till the second week of Jan and will think about further action if I dont receive it by that time.

Anyway its time for the new year and just waiting to celebrate the holiday and will see things later.
