Going by the thread NDVO is in sleeping mode for pre June applicants , manilla office Seems to be awake for pre June applications. [hi sunny ,
ur visa office too is new delhi what do u think of our visa office some say new delhi is fast ,,
how they process applications based on nocs

They all operate as per the targets fixed by the CIC, no one is fast or slow, NDVO is by far the biggest staffed office in Asia and hence seems it is fast but since the applicants are also more the final outcome is the same. Sunny. |

Hello friends as we pre june applicants struggling with delay . i ve come across a eminent canadian lawyers who sued CIC in 2003 n got a positive decision against wrong policies of CIC ......n now seeing injustice with pre june + pre 2008 applicants he is preparing to sue CIC again for its queue jumping policies n delays ...i had exchanged some emails with him n discussed the matter ,in nutshel he had sent me a Analysis + class action proposal . i told him i will put the same infront all of u my fellow applicants. Dear All,
It is very much clear from the working of CIC that they have no intention for clearing the backlog.The canadian immigration minister is no man his words.What i feel that pre-June 2010 will also be delt like pre-Feb 2008.I dont know that what this immigration minister have in his mind.He is making fool to educated people like us.We are in doldrum that where our application is and what future plan we are to lay for us.We spend lot of time and money for reaching to this stage.But now our files looks to be in dust bins of CIC.It looks that this minister is jocking with our future.He is not fare with us from his heart.Its my opinion.Also pls share yr views that what direction we should choose by which our future remain the safe.

After disappearing for almost 3 weeks , my address came back today as always with no change in status  .. I am sure it was an error or system update as so many people can't have there address appeared or disappeared on same day without any system flaw. |

Hi All, My Consultant was telling me that we need to wait 20 months to get medicals after getting the 2nd AOR. I ask them web site shows 15 months avg time and how could it be 20 months, then they said we go instructions that it will take 20 months.... Thanks & Regards, |
