thinking to land in dec itself. tomorrow i gonna book the lufthansa flight to edmonton. winter will start from this month itself at edmontond ude by the time i go it willbe at peak, moreover i got used that place as i went to that place in 2006 stayed there until may 2009.

hi friends, another update from my side. today on 1st october 2010 i have recieved a call for medicals. Passport submission along with 490$ is also requested. its all blessing of u guys. i will be updating other things once i go through them. all the best for comming tuesday to all

Gav, getting the call ensures that there is some activity on your file, which confirms that they are processing as per file transfer date. Missing the call was unfortunate, I can feel your anxiety, but missing the phone call is no crime , if they need to speak to you, they will call again. May delat things by few days at the most (unlikely though) so just don't worry and expect good news this tuesday |

On CIC website, click on " Get medical exam " on right handside and then find a designed medical practitioner searching by continent,country.

Yes you can get Meds done only from Designated Medical Practioner (DMP) and he sends the report directly to CHC |

congrats jacob...I hve a doubt.. I have travelled abroad recently and and I will be having 0ne or two foreign trips in the next two months. I want to update this information to the Visa office. what s the ideal time to update this information? I have travelled abroad in august. shall I submit the update my august visit now or wait for another 2 months to update the matter to visa office. And how do we inform this matter? By ofiicial letter or just by email. Plz reply

hi imran ................u have maintained a very informative table . ....My NOC code is 3142.Appl. filed on march 2,2010. First AOR on april 28. File transfd on may 4. Doc. submitted to delhi VO ON MAY 16. Second AOR on may 30. Ecas-RBVO . Medicals awaited...............it is surprising to see 2009 applicants still waiting for medicals under fast track............it seems VO is processing cases as per file transfer date......if thats so it would be another 2 months before i get my medicals...............already its past 120 days..................long wait ahead for me it seems...wish u good luck for next tuesday !

hi ajithpal, many thanks to u dear. my opinion is submit the embassy documents now and dont wait for 2 months otherwise chc may take more time on ur security clearances. and do tell them wether the visits were as a tourist or some official work supported with proper documents like if on official visit then get documents from the company writing your name for the particular foriegn project or if the visit is just for touring then too reveal them. and i think u must be having some stickers sent to u from the embassy. just submit a hard copy of the documents and application from ur side and on the top of envelope (outside )paste that sticker so that it will be distinguished as a FSW querry (we r in fast track process ) regards jacob |
