hi 2 every 1.....
y v gyzzz r not understanding f tranfer dates...
f transfer date is normally after 5-10 days of 1st aor....
when cic allots us file no ....cic puts files in que which have been granted +tive decisions....
den cic transfers all his details like file no,name, dob n so on.....
and den applicant is given120 days.....
so  in f transfer cic nova scotia informs local visa post about d applicants who ll b sending
dere supporting documents...
and also chc matches those details with file transfer details including all info given by applicant in application form viz his employer,edu,dob n so on...
i hope dis xplains something bout f tranfers frm cic to chC

Hi Wolfman 24th May is your 2nd AOR date as I can tell from the table. This can't be you file transfer date. Your file transfer date should be few days (6 -7 may be) after your 1st AOR. Please check your ecas to find your File Transfer date.

Your file transfer date should be the last line when you click on "Received_by Visa Office" which is your current status. The line should be like "We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on Here is you file transfer date . The New Delhi office may contact you."

please check the date and let me know...I would update it soon.

hi imran i m seeing that my status is not updated in the list. kindly update the same. my file transfer date is 20 january 2010. my documents were recieved by new delhi office on 6th may and my 2nd file no is 16th may 2010.  kindly update  and plse tell me also when should i expect for my medical call.

Your status is updated now. Sorry for the delay. and I can not tell you when can you expect you medical no one can. However, We can predict that we all should get it within a month of time or may be two. If you dont receive in this period you can contact CHC Delhi for that status.

Sorry you may be right regarding the File transfer date. Coz I am still not able to access my E cas status. I don't what is wrong. In the client application status, I have entered the  Identification type as Immigration file number. I have tried with both the old and new file nos; also, I have entered the Surname. Again I have tried with the full name as well. Date of birth and place of birth is also correct. Once I enter all the data  and submit,  This page comes statin that " We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
    Application Processing Times
At this time, you may use this on-line service to view the status of your application ONLY if you have:
sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (initial, replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or

That's it. I had received a letter from the Visa office stating that my applixcation has been received. That way I got my 2nd AOR.  Thats my status.

Sorry to here that. This might be possible if you by mistakenly checked the box that says "Please remove the ability for me or anyone else to view the status of my application on this Web site." .  in which case they removed your file information from internet. Please try to contact the CHC indicating your problem. I would suggest your start another thread. Some experience member may help you with better suggestions.
