Ankit, youve been in the USA, I have to some EU countries and Far east. Could they make delays in terms of background check?
It may cause some delays. I believe that ND CHC in particular is doing Background checks while file is in status RBVO because we have seen that as soon as file moves to in process people get meds within a week or two. So my assesment is that my file may take more time to move in process as compared to some one who has not lived outside India |

I think the rejection is sent quite early. I was rejected in my first application in 2 months. Few of my friends also got their rejection in 2 months.Our reason for rejection was shortage of points. But time may very depending on the reason of rejection...
hhhmmm.......well dat's a usefull knowledge from imran,, it indicates dat guys who hv been rejected within a 2 months they lack points... and if it's over 4 months or more the chances r less for rejection. delays can be additional documents demand by CHC or for the medical request... but u never know, green signal is wen ur status changes frm RBVO to In Process as ankit said... Thnx guys |

yesterday eveninng i called the consultant and asked bout any progress.
he told me dat he got medicals for 4th may applicant...dat guys f transfer date was 20 jan....
hope dis info is of some use....

Request to all who hire consultants please be in touch with your consultant and post any information regarding medical if you come to know from your consultant ok ankit...im using lower case know u happy....

Processing Time
Applications of PR in the category you have applied to, require an average of 8 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office, 3 months after your submitted your full application, you are requested to contact this office directly.
Is this the same with you friends?
Anybody contacted them after 3 months? Kindly reply
Hi there, I have sent a letter to ND visa office and they have replied as "If your application is determined to be eligible for processing, processing will begin on a priority basis. Applications in the Federal Skilled Worker category require an average of 8 months to process at this office. Once your application has been assessed, you will receive further instructions from this office. Please do not contact this office to request a status update unless 8 months have passed since you submitted your complete application...They have extended the months from 3 to 8 now.. Ajith |

Hello friends,
Wish you all a very happy weekend and good luck for tuesday.
The wait for change in e-cas gets frustrating, but sometimes I think that the wait is exciting. Atleast it has given a goal to all of us. Previously (that is before applying for PR), life was routine, now I wait for every tuesday. I gather as much info on Canada as possible. This PR think has totally changed my life, though I am still in India. I feel I have a mission to accomplish and a target to achieve. Canada is on my mind 24x7. The wait for visa has added meaning to otherwise a boring routine life...what say people ?

HOWCOME HE GOT 1ST AOR IN FEB...AND F TRANSFER WAY TO FAR IN MAY...
NORMALY F TRANSFER DATED R AROUND5-10 DAYS AFTER 1ST AOR...
HOWCOME DEY TOOK 3 MONTHS 4 DAT...
