Great, thats confirmed info then. So far to FSW applicants CHC is replying that file is pending review and no action is needed from your side. So this comes as good news and gives hope
Thanks for sharing Manish. It means we may see some action towards end of Aug

Guys Now we have 23 applicants on the thread. I remember we were just 9 at end of May and thought that number of applicants have gone down, but list looks lot healthier now.

@ Manish..... the statement you r giving on behalf of CHC ND, to me it seems to be very confusing....as far as I know abt CHC ND (as my wife is into immigration field) they have separate offices for Student visa, visitor visa and work permits (temporary visas). It has nothing to do with PR cases more than 30 visa officers are authorised for PR cases only and so far in the history of immigration CHC has never given such statements to any applicant. Every year student visas are issued, it is not a sudden case. CHC is planned accordingly. and this delay may be due to the rule change and heavy backlog... But, if your relative has received smthing like that, pls mail me a scanned copy of the comment (as stated by u) at singh_gurdayal @ rediffmail.com. Request to all the applicants, pls dont jump on to ur own assumed conclusions because the CHC has its own way of working and by our own assumptions we may misguide other waiting applicants which I think will create more confusions. |

Dear If you want to believe u can, I had not force u too. If you think I am misguiding the member. Please excuse me next time. How do u know the history of CHC ND. Working in immigration field dosen't mean every thing known. If your wife is in field she must be knowing the reason for delay in process. Why don't you disclose the same and guide the memebr. @ manish, agree with you as no body is sure abt working style of CHC as it is obviously a confidential matter. Other way I think CHC will never give any working pattern in writing , it may be possible that CHC personnel may disclose this on phone( verbal talk) on any case specific inquiry. @ Rainy, It is not a misleading information as it does not have any impact on the case , this is just an assumption & normal discussion dear so no need to give any proof in writing. Don't be in aggression just pray for each other . ALL WILL GET THRU NOW OR LATER FOR SURE , Please don't ask for any prrof for this statement , Just joking !!!!!!!!!!
