The instruction is to consider all docs sent in one package. There are instances in past where VO have entertained IELTS and police report at a later date but looking at some recent cases VO have been really strict
It is VO discretion in my opinion

hello ankit, as ou know abt my case.... as u know i came to india n started working. can i send the latrest employment letters, offer letter,ref letters n prrof of funds . as an additional documents bcos the docs which i sent was in 2008. in btwn they asked me to send updated application forms only as req by seattle office n i didnt send any documents as they didnt req... |

i m told, once the VO Opens my file for scrutiny, he wont accept a TRF afterwards.
is that true.
some r sayng- until the case is IN PROCESS, VO can accept the new TRF.
pls give it a thot again.

I can not say anything for sure, but I really hope he accepts your docs. There is no harm in sending the doc but please keeep in mind that it is VO discretion to accept it or not

ankit.. do i need to send the original refrence letters, emploment contracts or copy with notarization is sufficient do i need to send the orginal fixed deposits as proof of funds.. as we cant send oriignal fds..... can we notorize the cop of fixed deposits. need ur advise........................... |

It was a typo, I wanted to say apprise
Also you need to send only Notarized copy of Employment contract. Original of reference letter and notarized of FD will work or you can get a bank statement which shows your FDs

 No change .. In next 2 days the 90 days window will end for all April Applicants. Ours will end in next 30 days. In August we should expect some movement going forward in the April section. Come September, all be ready for medicals. In the mean time enjoy the rains
