actually i got transferred my file from seattle to new delhi.. i was in canada before until may 2009. due to recession over there n unemployment ..... visa was not extended.. so i returned back at that time. i applied my filen received my file @ 5th nov 2008. they transferred my file to new delhi on 3rd may 2010 . during sept 2008 we sent all the doucments intially to buffalo. later they transferred to seattle. i got aor on 25th may, when i checked my file it was changed to application received to In Process on 25th may 2010 itself..... since then i am waiting...........

Another hopeless week.. No change in ecas today.... All the hopes postponed to next week Exactly i was expecting some of the april applicant ecas to get changed ...but nuthing in the end.....i dunno when our number will come.. pray hard guyz |

Well just to share with you guys, My AOR seems to be lost in the mail  , so I had to email them twice. The first time they replied saying they did not receive my package  . But when I sent them the courier details I got a mail stating the new file number and that they had mailed me my AOR dated 25th May. The Ecas does not show any change since the 1st AOR. I am not going to be worried too much. Seeing that April candidates are still awaiting status change. I am expecting medicals to happen sometime in September. Till then I am going to entertain myself with the messages from folks in the March and April batch.  |

hi to everybody. i want to tell u that CHC has recieved my documents on 5th may 2010 and i got my 2nd aor on 15th may 2010. I am sick now seeing the same status on E-CAS -RECIEVED BY VISA OFFICE  . And when i click on it , it says like this_____ We received your application for permanent residence on November 4, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 11, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on January 20, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you. Please tell me that how can i get some idea whether when the ECAS status is going to change in my case. I know no one can tell the exact date about the next change on ECAS for an application but i think we can project the dates approximately as CHC works on BFD concept. So if there is any idea , please tell me something as i am very nervous these days. Many thanks to all of you and especially qorax. Qorax information on this forum is really really very helpful to all of us. may god help us and let all get good news soon from the CHC. |

People who received their 2nd AOR in April 1-2 Week still showing the same E-cas and we are in the May Batch. So, I think we have to wait till 1-2 week of August.
thank you very much For the prompt reply. I want to raise another probability here. Please give your views friends. People whose documents have recieved by CHC new delhi in last week of march and first week of april are getting their status changed to in process in the previous 10 days and they say thew will be recieving medicals within 15 days. it means from the day CHC accepted thier documents, mostly are getting medical request in around 3 months and 10 0r 15 days in total. Does it mean that we also are getting the medical request probably in around 3 and a quarter month which is approximately from 1st week of august till 15th of august ? Am i calculating in right direction. Also if the calculations are correct then may be this 26 june news might help us in making the process faster and may be we will start hearing news from july end itself. Please add your suggestions wether it may be true. Thanks to all |

Guys, I feel the trend is tilting towards 120 days instead of 90 days. It can also be that their half yearly targets are over and they are taking it easy and as they come near the year end they will pick up speed  . I bet May applicants will not see "In Process" till last week of August. Again I am not being pessimistic here but I see the trend. If you see there are cases of March Applicants not receiving their medical requests.  |
