CONGRATS 'RSINGH' !! SIR PLZ CONFIRM UR FILE TRANSFER DATE. COZ ITS DIFFERENT IN TABLE AND IN YOUR PROFILE. IS IT 17 MARCH OR 30 APRIL?
i send my full docs on 30April and file transferred from Sydney to New delhi on 17march |

Hi guys! its gud that chc ND is moving too fast. We have seen IN PROCESS status for members with file transfer dates in MAY and JUNE too. Its shocking coz they are skipping March 24,30 and April applicants. What do u think about it? What is CHC ND is doing. Members whose file transfer dates are from March end and April plz share their views ......
Hi I came to know from a consultant that New Delhi VO right now is processing documents sent in June 2010. May be it's because of that. We need to check document submission date of May and June file transfer candidates who moved to In Process. |

Sm, this is not true... mine FTD is 30.03.10 & full docs submission is 30.04.2010 but still RBVO , infact check file transfer in Jan/feb/march2010 threa for more info.... As per my observation they are processing file as per FTD first & they also match the docs submission date along with this... Honeyjack  |

Honeyjack Applicants submitting documents on the 1st day & the 120th day would not be treated the same. Their will be some benefit for submitting early. Processing is not purely based on File Transfer date. It so happens that people take an average of 40-60 days prior to submitting their documents, so generally a pattern is set out for the file transfer date accordingly. But then even the quality of the submission (completeness, legibility, applicability etc.) would also help to keep the BFD's to the minimum, thereby helping the VO come to a conclusion in 2-3 review sittings only. |

True... in my case i got initial file no from NS in less then 30 days...till 30.03.2010 of full docs submission date they were processing on the basis of FIFO(full docs received) but then after they have changed this to FTD...

A friend of mine under 0213 category, file transfer date 17th March has seen his status changed to in process on 14th Feb... just to inform...he got his 2nd AOR in Md July he sent his docs on 110th day I guess....

Hi Bugslife,
30 photos are more than enough but the photos should be for Wedding functions and Post marriage trips, where you and your wife went with your Family members or with Friends
i was also asked by CHC to submit these photographs.

Hi Bugslife...Yes Candremz is right....I sent very less...around 10 to 15 photos only. Send 2/3 photos for all different functions like...(Engagement, WEdding, REception, Honeymoon...etc etc |

Guys,Just to inform u that 'I have received my medicals today.' My status is still RBVO.
File Transfer 10-3-2010. Noc-3111
Going for my medicals tomorrow.
Cnogratulations! for ur meds. BTW, how do we know file transfer date? I filed application on 28-Apr-10. I received 1st AOR (email with 120 day limit) on 19-Aug-10. I submitted full docs to ND,VO on 15-Nov-10. Himanshu |
