I got my medical request yesterday..On the documents Page 4 it says do not send your passports until we request for it but on the letter which says documents to be sent - 1) Fee details 2)Medical exam details and 3) Original passport (plus old expired passports) are to be sent...

My question is do I need to send the passport at this stage i.e with medical details or wait for another letter requesting for passports?

Also, the medical details are sent by the physicians as per my understanding, so what are the medical details that need to be sent by me?

What is the mode of payment that you guys usually do for the fees?

Please can someone briefly let me know what needs to be sent in the SINGLE packet?

Dear pshhe,
Pl send Passports,RPRF(DD in Name of Candian High Commission Payable at New Delhi),and original fee receipts of Medical done (keep Xerox copy with you) in one Packet.

Medical reports will be sent directly by DMP(Doctor).

the statement "DO NOT SEND PASSPORT" on page 4 is standard. dont get confused and send the PP as they(CHC) have requested them in their letter.

And the list has excluded teachers, lawyers and other important high-skilled professionals.

Hi,

If its clearly indicated in page 1 of the letter to send medicals, passport and fees, then surely you can do the same. dont get confuse with the page 4.
Medicals is direclty sent by the DMP, u can either send/not sent the copy of the receipts of the tests done. its 2700/ adult and 700 for  child..
Then u need the passports (old and new) of all the members
For the fees, DD for CAD ($490 for each adult)..in favour of canadian high commision ..no spelling mistakes please...
all put together in one packet.. along with a cover letter
sent it by courier or india speed post
