This is an update from my side....At last, my case is "In Process" today on 14th Oct....It says that your case was reviewed and we have started the process on 8th Oct, 2010...
My Details are :

Initially applied : 20th November, 2009.
Noc : 0111
Transfer date : 22 Jan / 27 Jan
Docs Sent : 18 May , 2010
In process : 8 Oct /14 Oct
Medical / PPR : Awaiting
Visa Received : Awaiting

Yes, its today...infact i checked in the morning, it was RBVO....then I went for lunch and checked again, it was 'In Process'......
From tomorrow onwards I will continue havin same food in lunch so that everything goes fine till i get visa !!!

He he....Yeah, everything will... Yesterday, It was a disappointing Tuesday. But today we got few updates for Good News, which means CHC is still moving....That gives great relief.

It seems like status updates also happen on Thursday. It was Thursday when my status of my application  changed to "Received by Visa Office" in June.

Guys ,

Today i got this additional docs required request from CHC Singapore. Please advice what to do and how.

"Proof that your relative is currently physically residing in Canada and has been for the past 6 months.Please not that Canadian passports, citizenship cards or permanent residence cards are not acceptable evidence of residence in Canada.
(E.g. Current bank account statements and tax return form)

"

Please not that current visa office specific guide doesn't require any of the above documents.

my Relative went to Canada in 2008 after she got married, worked there for 6 months and then got preg so she had to quit her job--gave birth to her child in Canada in Sept 2009,  She then came to visit her home country to raise her kid well and headed back to Canada 3 moths ago. She stayed for 6 months in her home country and now its been 3 months since she left it. She is unemployed but husband earns well ,now she is raising her kid who is only 10 months old and needs constant care of his mom.

Guys, please advice what to do now and How. I have outlined some plans though but your experienced advices would be highly appreciable. I got only 40 days to reply now.

i m very much worried now....
my application WAS REVIEWED AND DEY STARTED PROCESSING ON 29 SEP
but no official letter frm chc yet......
i have been already in canada in d past on student visa as u already knw.....2day i tried my student visas client id no it is showing same status as dm
but it(client id no) was not working last month.....
may b dey link my old application and dats y dey mistakenly put dm on ecas
i m sayin dis coz some guys like HIPRASHANT and others were showing dm on ecas den ecas changed again 4 dem to in process again.......
seniors plss throw some light on dis issue.......

hi garry if ur anxious to know abt the status. i  suggest you to send them a  email. but dont ever mention abt the decision made status, just ask them to inform abt the status of ur apps. then uill know the exact reason whether they mistakley made decision or its decision made......... hope u got my point.. i hope it must be technical glitch though
