thanks CBI for the prompt reply. he mailed to CHC  and in return they said that ur experience certificate are not reflecting ur experience and also u were not present in the company when we called ur company.CHC said to submit all the educational documents again and my friend submitted them in 20 may 2010. Also one thing more that i forgot to add here is- after submitting at CHC but before getting 2nd AOR   (means time between 1st feb 12th feb ), he withdrew 50,000 from proof of funds and as a result  his POF lacked 50,000 thereby creating a deficiency of 50,000 in POF. But he submitted back 50,000 within few days only. So his process changed to IN PROCESS and is still the same. Please tell me wether the problem was with the academic backround check or the real problem was fluctuation in POF. In the reply mail from CHC, they never told any problem with POF, they only said to submit academic papers only but after submitted those documents again , its already goin to be 2 months. What to do now. i am very worried
Ria concerning about the above situation i feel the problem is because of EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE AND BACKGROUND CHECK..
But one thing i dont understand if the problem is concern to Experience certificate why CHC ND ask him to submit Education Docs?
Did your friend submit new experience certificate?and what his NOC code?

POF cannot be the problem but it is always recommended to maintain the said amount till visa is received

hello setcanada, thanks for the reply. CHC said that the experience certificate does not reflect ur experience in the particular field ,so submit your educational documents again. also i will add that no new documents are submitted inbetween. he is a physiotherapist. He is planning to write another mail by august end. lets see what happens then. and all the very best to u  as i hearing whispers that there might be some change in ECAS this tuesday. hope so its turn of april candidates so that we will get some hint of ours. thank you set canada

But as a part of learning from that case: I have a question; My current employer (of 5 years) has given me a reference letter with job duties mentioned bu tmy past employer (of 2 years) is just giving me a reference letter but not with job duties. Both jobs meet the same NOC, do you think my ex-employer not giving a refernce letter with job duties mentioned, is that a problem?

yes it can be a problem as job duties must clearly match with job profile. plse insist your boss and convince him to mention job duties. u can write job duties accordingly and try to convince your boss. the visa officer may look at the job duties.
also try to get the appointment letters, reference letters, salary incriment letters if any, job leaving letter. u can ask him to give letters on current date but make sure that appointment letter is old one. and be cautious while entering dates in the letters as there should be a continuity .good luck to u

Guess I did not put it accross well.

I already have a letter description with my job duties well explained with the current employer of 5 years.

My ex-employer is not giving me a letter with job description. Is that a problem?

Regards,

J

Hi Goingcanada,
Just because you have filed for permanent residency or for immigration does not mean the life stops for the applicants. Congratulations and do not worry, if the baby is born before you reach Canada then you might have to go for a visitor visa for your baby and then add the same to your file once you reach Canada. You can mention this once you are asked for more information by the Visa officer. The only change is you might have to pay extra once you land in Canada.
