Actually, mine does not mention any specific time period, it just says that " this refers to your applications.....bla bla..... we have now received your submission.
our office has created file for you......bla bla..
let Us know if there is a change.....so and so forth...

prepare yourself for immigration to canada..
For information about living and working in Canada.....and so on..
Foreign credentials referral office....www........
informtion on cisitzenship and...so and so forth

I got call missed exactly at 4:16 pm and she immediate called at my residence number on 4:17 and talked about 2 minutes as I got call from residence at 4:19 pm.

Did you receive this phone call after you status was changed ot "In Process"? if so, then after how many days?

I got my status changed to "In Process" today 17/05/10.

What do you people think will they must check it from my employer as they have already get it checked from my spouse on 13th at my residence telephone number?

One more question as my status is showing "In Process", does it means am I eligible for process, all my docs what I attached are good? Actualy I had given IELTS certificate which was being expire on 15th of Jan-10, Have they consider it or they will ask for fresh one?

It is good to know that things are moving at CHC New Delhi. It appears that CHC New Delhi is looking at cases roughly after two months from the submission of docs. I am hoping that we April applicants will start getting some response in the first week of June.
