I had recvd a rejection letter after having inprocess .then i appealed within a month .now I have recvd a mail saying that my case has been reopened .has this happened to anyone.plz reply.

I am fom same time line have my Finger crossed after long long time in april my e-status change from In-Process 2 Decision Made.... though people giving me hope.. as when i click the status from inside it shows same as before...... hope its not rejection and computer glitch!!!

Good news for u.... it happened to some applicants before but this kind of action from io is very rear. Kindly share the reason for rejection earlier and what they have mentioned in this recent mail from chc regards I had recvd a rejection letter after having inprocess .then i appealed within a month .now I have recvd a mail saying that my case has been reopened .has this happened to anyone.plz reply.

Hi, I am happy they reopened your file - so when you say your file was in process, did it have a processing start date? If yes can you help us with approx date and then when did you get the letter? Hope all turns out well! Regards, J |

I have been keep teling every one to be positive.
they ring me today as well as to my employer. i mean my number was not reachable then they ring to my hubby and they didnt ask much to my hubby but to my employer the asked a lot of questions. i will share here when i get that questions.
