Hi All,
Need your views on my case,
I applied in Ainp....got nomination and was further called for an interview on 18th oct....till date i have not recived any revert from ND office...is it positive or not.....
My Caips says that my case is ok....but visa officer has some issues so she called me for an interview,caips also says that ND office has yet not recived Ainp notification from ainp office in canada...
Please suggest if it is psotive or nagative because even after one month i have not recived anything from their side(pp,medical, landing fees already sent on 20 june)

I have already sent a mail to both the offices but recived no revert...and whn i called the ainp office in canada...they gave a genral statement that once they have given the nomination case is closed

Dear all,

My question is i am going to submit my full docs in Decemeber end & My wife's PP is expiring in Oct 11.So is it ok that if i submit all docs with wife's existing passport which is expiring in Oct 11.What if the PP request comes in Aug sept 2011.
What i am planning is i will submit the PP copies now to CHC ND and then after i'll get her passports renewed before the medical & PP request comes(within 6-7 months waiting )?!!

IS THAT OK?!!

hi edmonta,

you can apply with your wife's existing PP but you need to renew it before her medical calls. As CHC will not put the VISA stamp in a PP which is valid for less than one yr.

Submitt copy of exisitng PP and then apply for new PP. Send both old and new PP when PP request comes from CHC

Is long waiting ..I have submitted my fulldocuments on june last...Still RBVO.
HOw long itmay take...Anxious about all...ITs coming 5months after fulldocument submission and ard a year after filing the process..
