What ever doc you submit to CHC it should be photocopied and attested by notary. These document contains :-
1)Your passport
2) Educational certificates
3)Letter from your employers
4)Bank statements
5)Marriage certificate (If applicable)
6)Bith Certificate
7)Income tax
All supporting documents against your application. The same would be mentioned in application which you got from CHC,
