Hello Every One,
@ AAnbaan, In my Letter there is no instruction like 120 days. They just sent me a computer generated acceptance letter with new file where they just mentioned that CHC will determine before placing the application in Process. Now my e-case showing "IN PROCESS- we reviewed ur application and started processing june 09, 2009" I sent my full application on 28 May, 2009, received by visa office on 29 May, 2009 and sent me computer generated letter on dated 01, June 2009. After that there is now news. So Please suggest me what should i do. Is there any specific instructions in ur letter about to wait 90/120 days?

i analysed the applications at ND on trackitt.
Most applications received by them till the last week of April have received Medical requests already... The average processing time under the fast track is 6-8 weeks. Looking at the volumes, I assume that this processing time will go up to 8-10 weeks by the time Jun applications will be processed. So, you can expect a response anytime from the first week of August...
hello aanban well plz help me. i think u replied me earlier i appreciate for that.now kindly tell me i havent submitted my RPRF with supporting docs. wud they ask for it separately or alongwith when they ask for medicals/ passports? waiting from ur side.

Hi All,
I sent my application on 11th June'09 to Singapore office and today my e-CAS status changed to in process, it stated that "your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 20, 09".
ash_1967,
According to my knowledge, Initial docs are the application sent to Nova Scotia as the first step of screening, and full docs are the complete docs including IELTS and other supporting docs to be sent to local visa office for further processing, correct me if I'm wrong, Seniors. As for AEO, I'm not aware of the process, maybe other with the same case can help.
Regards,
I think you have not updated ur inforation in trackitt. If yes, wt is ur ID. I m also an applicant of singapore visa office. I sent my full application on 28 May 2009. Regards,

They will ask for RPRF before that. it will not harm to send the RPRF in any case without them asking for it. it will save processing time of your application for sure.

I just need your suggestions on the Job experience requirement while applying for PR, one of my friend got a letter from the CHC-ND on today that "IO is not satisfied with your continuous experience of one year as required under immigration rules".My friend is working as a adhoc College lecturer and her appointment is made for a session and not for a full year. And the session starts from June and ends on January and as she is not a permanent employee of the college she gets the job experience certificate from the colleges she worked for the last three sessions.Actually the adhoc lecture's post is filled by the concerned university and the appointment is made for one session only and again in the next session they call for the interview and so.She was having an experience of almost 3 sessions ie 3*8 months ie 24 months but none of them was continuous for one calender year. Will please some body advise me that what she can do now as practically she attends the same period as a permanent employee was attending but as the permanent employee is not going to relieve on a particular date, she gets an experience certificate from the date of joining till date .Isn't it something strange that they are asking for a certificate when there is no session going on.Please advise...............
Please also advise if she can made a appeal and the procedure of appeal and fees for the same.
Thanx

Hi to everyone.
I have finally received my AOR.
I sent application on the 23rdmay and was received on the 10th of June.
I received the letter On the 31st of August dated on the 17th of July. So it took about a week and some few days.
Content of the mail. It explains about the processing time and also about an interview if deemed necessary.
I have one problem, in the mail it is said that a receipt of the application fees submitted is also enclosed, but i have not seen any receipt , but an empty page on the 2nd page.
So what should i do, should i write and inform them?
This is because they might ask this receipt in the future and i will not be able to provide it , and it might cause me some problems.
Waiting for advice.
Thanks.
Canadaforall.
