Hello Every One,

Can I see my status throgh Ecas as I did not hear from CHC as I had sent my full documents on 20th of April-09 to New Delhi

Hi Everyone,
I had sent full docs to CHC New Delhi on 16th of April-09 and reached their on 20th of April-09 still no message from their side. I am confused and afraid what's is going on and why they are not acknowledging the same.

I could not check the status of DD encashment as it would have issued from Canada.

What's you people view's on it. How can I check the status without getting AOR. What is ecas? and how can I checked my file status with it.

why not.. you must check your status on eCAS. Give CHC about 4 months before contacting them for status update.

I could not get you. Kindly make me understand how can I check my status in CIC site? as I am not having knowledge of it?

have the file number you got from NS handy with you... the file number is a number starting with B. (Bxxxxxxxxxx)

if you are a fast track applicant... the process is -

• you send your application to Nova Scotia.
• Nova Scotia sends you a file number requesting to submit docs to local visa office
• you send the docs to local visa office
• local visa office sends the new file number
• local visa office asks for Medicals / passports
• Local visa office issues PR

can u pls let know which step are you waiting for?

I am having AEO from Canadian employer under catogory 1111. My lawyer has sent the full docs on 16th of April-09 which reached at CHC Delhi on 20th of April-09 which courier tracking is showing. But till that time I did not get any reply from them. However I have authorised my lawyer to represent my case so I think they would contact to my lawyer. I am also keep in touch with my lawyer but she is ignoring to get any file number from CHC. and say that it would take 4 months time to get AOR.

Kindly let me know is possible or having any case in your knowledge.

oof! i'm getting this indian lawyer *censored word* for the second time today. afriend applied thru lawyer in dec 09 and the lawyr had him applied in the wrong NOC. now he's giving my frnd the *censored word* that the rule chanded in feb 2009. these rascals should be banned.

As per the views of members E CAS status changes on every Tuesday, but in the last week it changes on Thursday, what you people think it will change on Tuesday again or it all depends on CHC-ND.

Can any body tell me the meaning of initial documents and full documents? My lawyer has sent my file directly to CHC, New Delhi on 16th of April-09 and received by CHC on 20th April-09. Still no reply from them. I have checked that still P.R. Fees has been encashed by them till today.

I have told some one that this case had to filed with Nova Scotia thats why they are not reacting. What should I do now? Can any of you help to guide me?

Hi All,

I sent my application on 11th June'09 to Singapore office and today my e-CAS status changed to in process, it stated that "your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 20, 09".

According to my knowledge, Initial docs are the application sent to Nova Scotia as the first step of screening, and full docs are the complete docs including IELTS and other supporting docs to be sent to local visa office for further processing, correct me if I'm wrong, Seniors. As for AEO, I'm not aware of the process, maybe other with the same case can help.

Consultants will not tell to their clients all the details of how the process would flow. If they will, then you can list them step by step, and after the whole process is done, you are now capable of guiding somebody else and with that, a consultant is no longer needed. That somebody you helped could have been their client.

Worst, for some they will tell you the wrong procedure, and that makes you confused when you will compare how your case is going with members of discussion forums.
