hey! All,
The CIC sent me a receipt today. It is the processing fee of my Spouse application which i sent with full documents. So, do u think they have started processing my application? The status on Ecas still shows Received by Visa Office.

The format is as follows: -

Dear Applicant,
Piease find enclosed your immigration processing/right of permanent residence fee receipt.
Please quote as mentioned above File No. in all your future correspondence.

I sent full docs. on June 18th. Status changed on 7th July from Elligiblity Review Complete to Received by Visa Office & is still the same.

Thanks

This mean none had received the Medical request letter.People who have send in the first half of June should get Medical request letter in the last week of July as per the trend, as CHC-ND is almost taking 45-60 days for the same.Best of luck to all of you. Please do respond if any one get the same.

i did some analysis of ND applications from trackitt. right now applications sent in may are under processing. jun applicants have not started getting meds & ppr. they seem to be going in sequence grouping apps in months. full apps sent on may 15&26 got responses on may 7. a few got response a little late. but overall the demarkation seemed evident by months... we junies can start expecting response once may applicants get silent.

I sent my FSW Application to Sydney via Fedex and it was delivered on June 29th. I have not received any phone call or  email notification from the CIO. How long does it normally take for them to send you a notification of whether you qualify or not?

Annban, CHC-ND have asked for three months for the processing of the application and as per your observation still applications of May are under process but for the month of June , Aug is the last date then are they going to extend if they could n't process all the applications or we should hope that if not in the first half of the Aug we may got some reply in the second half as my 90 days are going to expire on 3rd Sep.

Hi duggal.. i'm not sure what you mean, frankly.. which 90 day limit are you talking about? CHC-ND sent me an AOR and mentioned that if they don't contact me in 4 months, I should contact them to inquire about the application status... if you sent your full application in June, typically, the AOR will be dated Jun, so 4 months will pass by October... I don't intend to contact tem before November...

where does 90 days fit in this picture?

Annban... i have sent full application on 2nd of June and it reached New Delhi on 4th of June and they have asked me to contact if they didn't reply within 90 days which is 120 days in your case.So by this 3rd of Sep is the last date.I mean to say that are they going to process it within that time limit or as per your observation it may extend furhter as the applications sent in May are still under process.

if you go by my observation. you may need to wait till eng of August before you get a response. Considering the fact that 20% may applications have not been processed yet, tey will take about 1-2 weeks to finish those cases off... so, Jun applications will be picked in the 1st or second week of August. We should start getting a responses by mid-August going upto end-September.

another observation - you sent on Jun 02, you received lettter of 90 days... i sent on 26 Jun, the letter I received was 4 months. so, within this time the bulk must have risen to the extent that they realised that it would be difficult to send all responses in 3 months. So, they increased the timeline to 4 months.

let's wait and watch...
