hi everyone

it has been seen in many forms that cic is delaying the pre june applicants by giving sending different replies

in my case my medical has been already expired in sep 2011 just wondering is there any one else in the same boat
when ever i emaild them i got same reply security checks what the hell is this security checks which r never finishing yet....
nor i got any reply to re do the medical

can any body expert in this forum can suggest will they extend the medical or they gonna ask me to re do it .......
any suggestion welcome

If the medical result is expired, the only option is to redo it! I have not heard of CHC extending any medical result which has expired! So brace up for another medical test at your own cost once the background checks are over. Goodluck!

I am an FSW1 pre-june-2010 applicant

I did med on May 25, 2011

it's almost 5.5 months and no PPR

i have emailed my VO 5 times, everytime the reply is

pending background checks, can't provide a date when processing will be complete

i am deeply and utterly frustrated!

i think they just want to delay our cases they dont have any thing left to tell us so now they r sticking with the background/security checks
how come cec people get their visa so fast they dont go through security checks
really frustating me shame on canadian immigration workers stupids

can u plz tell me ur visa office
i think ur file is in buffalo,usually ur file struck in buffalo as buffalo is the slowest among all visa offices in north america
why dont u send email to ur vo u will get the clear informaton

i heard that for inland candidates buffalo extends medical for 3 to 6 months any body with experienced advise
