Hi,

This is Mr. Rama Rao from India.  I had applied PR and they received my application on Aug, 31, 2009.  Since then they did not call for medicals as I applied when I was in USA with H1b.  Now I moved back permanently to India with my family because of H1b expiry. 

So anyone got any medical request received from immigration office?  Please tell me as I did not receive anything till date that is today's date  on March, 24,  2011.

My application tranferred from Buffalo, New York to New York City, Ny visa office.

Online status showing as  "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on  June, 15, 2010"

Hi Rama Rao, I had applied under the same category i.e NOC 0213 in Sep-2009  @  Buffalo Office.

I had got medical request on Aug-2010, and sent the medicals results to Buffalo on Oct-2010. Am waiting for PPR ( passport request)

Me too also applied to  buffalo, later file tranferred to new york city. 

Did you get medical approved?  Where do you live?

I was in Canada, but currently in India....
yes medicals were approved, as my status in e-cas says as Medicals have been received, and the next step for me is to get the passport request, which I should be getting this month ( its a long waiting time)

Hi My Friend.

Did you get any news status? 

As per the immigration section general enquiry replied as "My application is in queue for processing"

Shall I go for case specific enquiry?

I think its a good idea to go for case specific enquiry or getting the CAIPS ordered....its been long time for you as u have not received your medicals yet
