Hello All,

People with FSW1 under IT manager category, waiting for Medical Request lets connect here.

I got my 2nd AOR on 12th Nov 2010, still waiting for Medical Request.

I m an Indian national in US on H1.

Was hoping to get Medical Request in 6 months, but looking at other posts it looks like it will take over 1 yr from the time I got 2nd AOR to get Medical Request.

People under 0213 category (FSW1) who applied around same timeline or 3-4 months prior to 26-Jan-2010 please share whether you got Medical Request or are still waiting.

Why do you wanna migrate to Canada. Why not a Green card of USA?

Jonathan , I also applied for GC USA in 2008 we are still waiting for GC, some people waiting since 9 years too.
better find alternate backup plan migrate to Canada.

 @ abhi if i got EAD than no need for canada immigration, even if i get EAD I will do good small business in the USA .. NO JOB that sure....

I have been waiting since my second aor dated nov 3, 2010. I got "in process" dated dec 8. So it is almost 9 months waiting from second aor. Frustrating

Recently I have been hearing that lots of H1B Renewal applications have been rejected making those applicants compelled to go back to their home countries, now that is a shocker.

If I talk about from my relatives 1 person already gone last year, he wait for Green Card upto 7years some months, his H1B and wife H4 renewal application "denied"  "No reason" just denial notice sent to employer and leave country in 2weeks max. another friend waiting since last 4months for his renewal of H1B after 6years (already applied for Green card in 2007).
but some people secure to renewal if they are not "out of status" (this is the main important for renewal H1B/H4). out of status means H1B applicant must have to get paid by employer, you are laid-off or contract is over with client, if employer dont pay or you dont have project & waiting to looking for project, continue to stay in the USA on H1B that means you are out of status.
if employer do not pay when you are on the project/work than you can file complaint against employer at DOL office (but people dont want to spoil relationship with employer so they dont complaint after all you are out of status).

They have twice the number of IT applications on their hands  and they have made a priority list.
Only god knows what that damn priority is.

Right blog for me

 I got my MR on Dec 9, 2011. Waiting for PPR . I think FSW1 NOC 0213 has the least demand in canada. Every steps taking longer.
