FSW - Status unchanged

Hi members,
                      
                in my case i applied under fsw before april 2010
*i got the approval letter will the first file no starting with B---.
*on August 12 2010, and i sent all the documents for myself and my husband within the 120 days limit,
*and by december 23 2010, i got the letter from newdelhi saying my application received and they gave the Application file starting with E-----.

 *meanwhile during march 2011 i updated my newborn childs birth certifcate and passport and payed the fees CAD110/ for it.

The status is as application received.....
how long will it take for medicals? members please advice,

(i remeber during the month of may 2011 i saw in the status in addition to application received which i hardly remember something like ' we have contacted you', ' we will make a decision ' which i hardly remember, but that status is not there now, only 'application received ' is there.)
