I know the principal applicant has to land first to get the PR enrolled.

Once done what are the limitations of spouse rights in terms of Job, stay without Principal applicant, future processing etc

You are right about first time landing. Once done, all of the family members become permanent residents and hold equal rights and carry equal obligations in all respects

Principal applicant case remains valid till immigration formalities are complete. After PR visa, no difference
