FSW - REGARDING RSUBMISSION
«

I have total 63 immigration points + 5 for adaptability.Total 68 (if my relative is accepted). I have my aunt in Canada who is a Canadian citizen. I have submitted along with my application to prove the relationship the following documents:-
1. Copy of the PR card and passport of my aunt
2. Telephone bill of aunt in original
3. My mothers School certificate.
But they didn't accept that and they want the birth certificate of both of them. They gave me only 63 points for education, experience and 0 points for adaptability.
But now I have got the following documents:-
1. Copy of the PR card and passport of my aunt
2. Telephone bill of aunt in original
3. My mothers birth certificate
4. Affidavit from Canadian Notary instead of my aunt's birth certificate.
What is my chance for getting visa if I resubmit the application with the above mentioned certificates to prove relationship.

Dear
U only have to prove relationship between your mother and your aunty....i.e. common name of father. Apart from Birth certificate, produce any other document like marriage certificate of your aunt and mother, educational certificates where name of your grand father is appearing along with ID's of your grand father that confirms the name.
gud luk

Click below mention link for document checklist:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf
Read point no.14 for proof of relations in Canada. You should read this 1st before applying and should attached all these docs mention in this document checklist with your initial application.
