Anyone knows ... IT is still considered in FSW based applications ?

Is it true, anyone with FSW based PR can work anywhere in Canada as agaoinst Provincial Nomination Program ?

Sorry I did not understand your first question but IT is not in the Priority list and you can not apply for PR if you do not have any job offer from Canada, that is why even I have to wait.

Yes if you are a Federal applicant (FSW) you can work in any province in Canada I think the only exception is Quebec ( Seniors can confirm the same, you cannot do your landing there for sure).

You can apply under FSW with an IT profession if you have a job offer (AEO)

FSW applicants need to intend to settle somewhere outside Quebec and should land outside Quebec if they want to avoid problems.

PNP applicants, who usually also need a job offer by the way, should land in their PNP province or with a ticket taking them to their PNP province if they want to avoid problems.

After landing, a PR really has the right to live and work anywhere in Canada but since you have signed some documents stating your intentions to settle or not settle in a certain province, it would be wise to stay a while so in case somebody decides to check up on you later, it doesn't look like you lied when you landed.
