hello QRAX,

I have applied under 3112 noc, file sent to nova scotia on 25th october 2011,  but still have not recieved per or ner or the 1st file number, please guide,
do respond
can_canada!!

There could be something wrong... it doesn't take more than 3-4 months, u r crossing 5 now. Await a couple of weeks, by then if u don't hear - shoot them an email. However, how effective that'd be is another matter.

Following status of my application, but i haven't received any email or letter from VO. Please advise what would be the next step. Is my application approved for PR?

How long it will take to change my status for RBVO to IN PROCESS.

Following is my time line:

Application Received by CIO on 8th April 2011.
PER Received by email on 11th May 2011.
After it my E-CASE status is RBVO since June 2011.
My Category is 6242 - Chef.

Its been almost Year now. No progress. When you think i will complete my whole process.

hello Mr qorax help me to explain this status. 2 weeks ago my ecas status was DECISION MADE but after i open yesterday it says In Process but the details  below, i was so confused i thought they refused my application and almost 2 weeks now i did not recieved any letter or MR from CEM.

I live in Syria, I am a pharmacist but I have been working in Nestle as supervisor and production manager for 16 years


I got in IELTS :  R4.5,W5.5,L5, S6- I did the elgibility test and I got 63%, my brother live in USA and he has two nationalties American and Canadian
 


my question is do I have strong chance to immigatre or not because I am afriard that I pay the processing fees and rejected

Hi,

1. That IELTS score is bad, u need to improve upon it if u want to succeed.
2. W/out 67+ u do not have a chance @ Canadian PR.
3. Ur brother cannot give u the 5 adaptability points since he isn't a resident of Canada.

Take the foregoing into consideration b4 u plunge.

It'd shown in the CIC website, albeit after a month or two since capped.
