Hi,

I would like to know if one PR(FSW) can land in Quebec, though he is not through CSQ process??

No,Quebec is a separate nation within a United Canada which controls in own Immigration,do you get approval from British Immigration to immigrate to France?Huh

So far we are still allowed to move to Quebec if we are already in Canada so it would be ok to land elsewhere and then move to Quebec.

How about if Your new born don't have the QSC but the main Applicant wife and daught already have one. Anyway, My question Can a Family of 4 land to Quebec as only 3 of them have the QSC but all 4 have receive the Visa Stamp.? Anybody can help on this question pleazzzzzzzzzz!!
