HSBC bank q, i opened a candian dollar account for my settlement funds. dec 10 narecV sa CIO tapos december 17 na encashed.... so exactly 1 week....

1st day of march na bukas d most awaited month natin

Hi, ask ko lang sa HSBC ba pano system nila? If you open an account with them will you ba able to use that in canada na parang tulad ng scotia bank na my branch ata sa india na pwede na sila dun magopen ng account and maaaccess din nila pag land ng canada? If that is the case, then no need na DD kasi diba may charges din yun. Any opinions?

kunsabagay tama nga rin, sa amin before, yung hindi namin gusto isama sa net worth di na namin pinasama sa cpa na gumawa ng financial statements namin, like yung car, pag sinama kasi kelangan pa supporting documents, like yung OR, CR, insurance policy, so ayun  to lessen na lang the supporting docs di na namin sinama, importante lang naman dun yung cash for the settlement

ok din naman isama mo as long as kasama din mga supporting docs nya

and tama ka doc carl, may nabasa ata ako nyan before na naquestion yung liabilities nya if it will be taken ba sa money to bring when they will land na in canada

Clean bank certificate for settlement funds with extra on it for plane fare, Right of landing fee and even for the medical expenses.

Good enough it was returned due to incompleteness and now i have all the time to correct everything. Thank you to all of you who are so helpful. God bless us all.

thank you very much po for your reply and pagwelcome sa akin. this thread will help a lot, since i do not have a consultant.i just read and read and follow it by the dot and ask too with some people. maraming salamat sa inyo...am having anxiety attacks and pagkaoc ko lumalabas ulit bec target ko maisubmit na by wed next week. i have a few questions :

1.) dun po ba sa notary yun ba yung regular notary na may subscribe and sworn and kasama yung doc no, series no, etc, etc? nagkaconflict kami nun secretary nun lawyer since ang pinatype ko wala...so we might need to redoit...which is which po ba? or just the certification of the lawyer with hisstamp and seal no will do...
2.) then my stepdaughther is turning 18 ( next mo ,first week ) by the time ma process yung visa baka hingan ako..so all the forms that require 18 years old and above pasagutan ko na din siguro to be sure.

1.)  Notarized copy lang which means no need to include the subscribe and sworn statements. Lalagyan lang ung photo copy ng stamp na CERTIFIED TRUE COPY  and then lalagyan ng doc no., series no. plus signature ng attorney at saka lalagyan ng seal. And then sake nila lalagay sa log book nila. Titingnan lang naman ung orig docs mo kung pareho at walang mali. Ganyan lang din ung mga notarized docs ko at ngayon ay waiting na ako for 2nd AOR, hopefully ay baka by next week na un. Walang expiration ang notarized copy kasi ung sa akin nga ay more than a year ko pa napa-notarized at ok naman.
2.)  Medyo alanganin ung situation mo kasi next week ka na magpapasa, but much better if you would put your self on the safe side para wala kang worries. Ipalagay mo na lang na 18 na sya kahit na next month pa un, kasi it would take another week bago ma-receive ung docs mo sa sydney. Isama mo na ung mga required docs for 18 yrs old and above kahit wala pang PC and magsama ka na lang ng explanation letter for each doc na she will be turning 18 pa lang by next month. And by the time na malagay sa assessment and eligibility ung application mo ay 18 yrs old na for sure ung bata.

hay naku sis i'm wonderin' too...our agent's account kasi yun ginamit, when i asked them if naencashed na ba, eh automatic daw yun, obviously di nila maintindihan yun question ko, hindi ko na lang kinulit. They just gave me the scanned copy of the bankdraft.

speaking part:

writing:

money can buy u anything, do u think having much money gives happiness? (tipong ganito, i forgot na kc the exact words kc last july 2010 pa to basta it's all abt money)

you were invited to be the guest speaker in US conference, u have been told that u are to say something abt ur country.

like yung ginawa ng iba, if they already have cash on hand, yun lang makikita sa net worth so bank cert lang isama mo, if may properties ka need pa yung mga titles, etc

sis if may scanned copy ka ng bd mo, wag ka ng kumontak sa agent mo at hindi na sila mag eeffort pa na alamin yun, kaw na lang kumilos, tawagan mo main branch ng bank ng nag issue

like mine, sinend sa akin ng cic yung scanned bd from bpi, then tumawag ako sa main branch nila sa manila, I told her na gusto ko malaman if naencash na, then she told me na dapat daw yung agent ang mag inquire nun, I told her may scanned copy naman ako, so pina email nya sa akin, sinend ko sa email nya and then told me na email nya lang ako if nakuha nya na yung info, kinabukasan may reply na sya sa email ko with the encashment date

for candian dollar account kailangan mo lang ng P100,000 or amount equivalent 2 candian dollars.....
maganada ang HSBC kasi international sya, in fact sa ONTARIO my 4 branches sila so napaka-accessible... f u want u can check also sa kanilang website kung ilang branch meron cla sa lugar kung saan plano mong tumira pag dating sa Canada...
bibigyan ka nila ng atm/debit card pra magamit mo kung dumating kana sa canada.....
i think sila lang ang bank dito sa PInas na my canadian dollar acct.....
