just want to ask how did you pay your RPRF?  was there a fee payment form needed to accomplish that will be attached upon submission of payment to CEM?  what is best to use manager's check or bank draft?  also where to send the payment if by courier?  is it the one with the PO box address or the one with the VISA SECTION address?  thanks much.

Hi sis, we paid using manager's check, mas mabilis daw kasi mag encash kesa sa bank draft. wala pong form to accomplish, just attach a photocopy of your medical and RPRF request letter or cover letter. do not forget to state your UCI number and E0000 number.cIn our case, we used DHL send it sa visa section address kasi hindi nagpapadala ang courier sa PO box.

Pareho tayo ng date ng medical forms, July 4 din. Kakatapos lang namin ng medical exam sa Nationwide. Saang province ang intended destination nyo? God bless to all of us!

Hi everyone,
Ask ko lang kung may alam kayo na nadeny ng PR visa due to controlled diabetes mellitus type 2 ang dependent. Im the principal applicant, ok nman ang medcal namin ng kids ko. But my husband has diabetes non-insulin dependent at controlled naman. Di sya nag-iinsulin at wlang complications so wlang malaking gastos. May nabalitaan na ba kayo na nadeny ng PR visa on medical grounds (diabetes)? ang alam ko po ang dependents ng sponsorship class  ay exempted sa inadmissibility due to medical grounds. So ok lang pag sponsorship class. Kaya lang po FSW cat 1 ang category ng application ko 

i have not heard of any na inadmissible due to dm. so relax and let's kip our hopes high. goodluck...

hi ehdgar, hindi pa kmi tapos sa medicals, ala kmi sa pinas now, abroad po kmi ng hubby ko pero vo is manila. Anyway, plan nmin sa ontario if this
 is really God's will.

hi! my status changed to in process yesterday, august 1.  it was from CIO-ER complete. we're praying that MR will follow.

i have a question, pls help. i am hypothyroid and have a maintenance medication. i am healthy naman and no symptoms. pag nag pa-medical kami, will they ask for a certificate/clearance from my endo or will they refer me to their endo for clearance.

also, will it affect my application since i am on maintenance meds? thank you in advance!!

pagdeclare mo sa BMP, may further/additional tests na gagawin sayo. Pero kung hindi mo sasabihin, hindi ka nila irequire ng other tests. Sa case kasi ng husband ko may diabetes at kidney stones sya, pero sinabi namin sa DMP kaya ang daming tests at clearances at umabot ng 4 months bago natapos ang medical niya. Pero kung titingnan mo pwede nman na di namin sabihin, sana matagal na kaming may visa ngayon hehe. kaya lang kasi natakot kami na baka lumabas sa urinalysis nya or sa ibang tests at sa bandang huli malaman din nila na nagtatago kami ng important medical info about his health status, mas lalung delikado di ba. It's up to you talaga.

san nanggaling clearance, from your husband's doctor or sa doctor na nirefer ng DMP?
