I was thinking of that too.. my husband kasi lived in Ghana, West Africa before he came here sa Pinas. Maybe CEM is making the security checks and verifying the police clearances we submitted. I called the post office and my agency and no letter pa rin.. Sana next week dumating ang good news

baka naman sis may chineck pa ang cem sa docs mo, nakapag travel ka ba abroad? kasi once dumating sa vo they are doing security checks, yun nga mga pcc, baka nagverify pa cla ng mga pcc mo, nabasa ko kasi before na medyo may delay daw pag ganun, check mo din email mo baka may need din sila for additional documents kaya di pa sila makapag issue ng MR, pero don't worry, eligible ka na, may kelangan pa siguro sila sayo, like nung kay purplegrey wala munang mr since may additional info sya for the new baby

I'm not sure pero parang nabasa ko na visa validity starts from the date when the last med results was received by CEM, its the last date kasi minsan huli yung ibang family members sa pagforward kahit na nauna yung principal applicant, start counting pa rin daw on the last date

and usually naman daw pag may delay nag iissue sila ng visa not less than 6 months on its validity since that is the time they give us for preparation in leaving pinas

yun lang nangyari last oct last year, pero sa atin since its early time of the year pa naman, so baka 2 weeks after ppr, visa na di ba tulad nung last year din

tingin ko sa nakapa medical this Feb, around april to may darating visa nila

My waiting countdown has been ended this afternoon as i received my snail mail from CIO (3 months and 20 days to be exact.  My application has been returned due to

• You did not indicate the VO requested for the process of your application. Please note: Sydney, NS-CIO is not a valid selection
• I forgot to fill up the date of our marriage

  @   Westpoint> i will post the day when i release my application package, I will get another bank certificate on Monday, and issue another bank draft.

  @  ann_jay...... make it fast so we can have the same timeline

I just want to make a rant about IELTS. For me, both Acad and GT are the same. Its just a money making scheme. Yung score ko bumaba lang ng .5 sa listening and tumaas ng .5 sa speaking. Both reading and writting ko same (acad and GT). And they say that the difference between the two is reading and writting task 1. Point ko, kung talagang merong difference yung dalawa, dapat iba rin ang listening and speaking sessions or questions. Personal ko lang na opinyun ito ha, dapat talaga tinanggap na rin nila yung academic ko, since ang purpose lang naman talaga ng IELTS eh para may independent body na mageevaluate ng english knowledge ng isang immigrante. Kasi, before naman sila lang ang neageevaluate thru written explanation and interview. Haaaaayyyy!!! La lang, naglabas lang ako ng sama ng loob ko. Pasensya na po.

okay naman ho doc na ilabas natin sama ng loob nakakatulong, otherwise maistress po tayo ng todo yeah, tama ho kayo, sana in accept din nila acad, mas mahirap nga daw ho to compared sa gt di ba? e kung mas mataas score sa acad, e di ibig sabihin mas magaling sa english i'm sure di lang naman ho kayo ang me sentiments like that, but the most important thing right now ay ung na comply niyo na rin po reqmts, way to go

I understand what you feel,Doc.Dapat accepted yon Acad para nman,I can hit 3 birds
in one stone.Since we talk about ielts,I remember before,na hirapan tlga ako magdecided kung magGT or Acad,kung mag Acad ako,mgagamit ko sa iba.However,So far,i am on the right track nman kahit magastos,wlang choice.Starting next week,at least,ma busy nman ako for Acad.Masyado pa nman akong mahina sa graph at flow chart!
 

goodluck on ur test...it would help if u memorize ung connecting words like however, before, after, meanwhile, etc saka mga samples ng graph at flow chart.

when i was attending the review for ielts at niners meron kaming topic abt money (writing). i couldn't believe my luck, sa exam itself iyon ung topic! buti na lang na alala ko pa ung sinulat ko sa practice kaya it really helped hehehe

hello, ako din same agency as yours..but not so satisfied sa services nila..i thought MAY nasubmit na application namin kasi kumpleto na lahat.yun pala nde nila sinubmit kesyo daw kasi may magiging pagbabago na dapat antayin.tapos nalaman laman ko sa mga forums dto na nde naman pala maapektuhan application ko sakaling naipadala nila before the "changes".ayan tuloy eto na si ielts kung ano ano pa,at december na nadin nmin naipasa..our JD reviewer was WOW sa bagal!!! 2 weeks bago sumagot sa mga tanong!!!

hahahhaha nakakainis talaga sila!!! at ngayon na napasok na papers natin all we can do is laugh abt that  experience, i guess we're all in the same boat di mo alam kung uupakan mo during those times e

Ask ko naman po kung bakit ung BD ko eh di pa nacclear until now?
Ngyon ko lng nkita ung photocopy ng BD ko tas pinacheck ko sa bank...... ibabalik ba nila application ko pag ganun or inaassess? Ndi pa rin bumalik ung binayad ko na BD nung ngwithdraw me ng application last year Aug2010....

Meron po ba nirrequire na points sa IELTS GT if ever makakareceive ako ng letter kasi Academic ung pinass ko last Dec along with my applic?

When ka po nag apply? kasi sabi mo niwithdraw mo application mo last Aug?

If ever kasi di pa na encash bd mo, usually you didn't pass the initial stage which is the completeness check, iniencash lang kasi nila yun if your docs will proceed to 2nd stage which is eligibility review
so if ever di ka pumasa sa completeness check, they will return your docs asap

and then you submit an application last dec with acad ielts, we have someone here na nireturn docs nya since dec na sya nagsubmit same as yours and on that month exactly na impose na NO GEN IELTS

so for sure on the way na docs mo, pero to confirm, you can email them here:

ask for the status and they will inform you with the returned date as well

but if open pa noc mo, try to apply asap, you can still make it since pabilis na processing ngayun

Other than that, no more. They really checked every detail because my application forms have red pen marks and they even  highlighted the missed boxes. At least dumaan sa mga kamay nila 

NOW, i can send my full application with my original IELTS TRF.

kung may mas maaga lang sana nga schedule ang IELTS namin dito sa Cebu eh mas maganda sana para maisubmit na namin agad kaso lang mar 19 pa ang sked so probaly we can submit as soon as we get the IELTS result ng wife ko.. i guess last week of mar or 1st week of april.. sana hindi pa aabot sa cap ang 3113. crossing my fingers

 Madam/Sir, sang CIC po kau? un po ba yan sa Coastal Mall sa Uniwide? cno po JD Reviewer nio? cic din ako sa coastal...JD reviewer ko nung una si Ms Loure paloma and lately pinasa ko ke Mark Vasquez... Nhirapan ako jan sa JD na yan nung una ko sya gawin...hayyzz...

naku....ung target date ko tlaga to re-file eh nadelay ng mga 1.5 mos dahil mejo makupad sila...kasi kung di pa ko nangulit tru email, eh ndi ako mafifile... di ko rin pa sure ano na status ng application ko, basta cnbi lng sakin ng agency na ok na sa QA and for courier lng and nai-file na raw ako sa CIO Dec18.. after nun wala na.... hayyzzz...musta na kya BD ko...

Congrats sir! try mo po mgresearch pa kung pede u mgpamedical sa place mo jan....kau po ba PA? and sa Manila ung VO nio? ung kasama ko sa work po kasi dito sa PH ngpamedical ung hub nya na PA...ngEL daw sa work tas ayun sabay saby cla ngpamedical..

Highly suggested po na magpamedical sa Nationwide...:-D

Nung Pre June,before maglapse ung 120-day notice ko (due Aug28), ngpasa ko withdrawal letter ng Aug 17...then chineck ko sya ECAS closed na appliction ko po. Until now, ung processing fee ko for that applic di pa naibalik...(ung pinakauna kasi na application ko 2006 after ko withdraw un ng nov2009, after 4 mos naisoli na ung cheque)

Then eto na, Post June na ko ngyon, Dec18, 2010....ang problem ko di pa nacclear ung BD ko nainquire ko ngayon...metrobank un sa BD..eh iniisip ko bat di pa nacclear kaya?? 

Closed na ung NOC ko Mam...

nung sinumbit mo ba yung 1st application mo na ngayun ay nareturn, how many copies of the additional family information did you submit? did you submit 3 forms ba or yung sa PA lang nga form?

the reason I ask this is that when I submitted our application before, I only submitted one copy of the additional family information which is for the PA only & in the letter I received from the CIO when it was returned, they did not coment or say incomplete with regards to my Additional Family Information form.  The reason our application was returned because of the Schedule 1 Bacground/Declaration form which they said was incomplete.  My spouse is supposed to accomplish the sked 1 form also but nothing did they say about family information form.

It was only here in the forum that I got to know that the Additional Family Information has to be filled up also by the spouse.  That is why I was asking our forum mates regarding this one. Confusing talaga CIO.

Ikaw capricorn, in your initial application, did you already submit 3 froms in the additional family information?  Did the CIO say something about this form aside from the minor mistakes that you've committed?

Yes po...halos sabay tau....worried ako non kasi lagi ko chinecheck kung marreach na cap sa NoC ko...900+ na ata un.. eg sbi ng agency ko pag nakarating don ok na kasi ung sa NoC ng Business mgt meron clang applicants na di na raw nireturned docs khit nreach na ung cap..after nun di na cla uli ngprocess sa cic next batch na..

ung sa IELTS mam Academic ung pinasubmit sakin eh...un din ung previous ko Acad...okei na raw un kya un yung tinake at nsubmit ko...then Dec 21 nakita ko na me NOTE sa website nila na ung option for R And W for IELTS is GT...eh kasi CIC so feeling ko udpated cla at mas alam nila... so eto ako mgtatake ng GT ng April 2 na lng...hirap kasi ng $$ naubos  na sa IELTS ko at binayad ko na sa thesis ko...grrr!hahaha! ...hayy, kaloka.... ok lng ba na magemail dun sa binigay mo na link mam? cge try ko... thank you thank you....
