hay naman naman... wala pa nadeliver sa agency namin na letter kaya go na ako sa post office.. kaasar pa ang aming agency kasi nakukulitan na sa kakatawag ko...

sabi sa kin "maam kakabigay lang ng letter nyo. within 6 months pa ang medicals"...
sabi ko "eh may nakapagpa-medical na nga eh and mga ibang kasabayan ko may letter na rin"...
then, "sorry maam, wala pa sila email"...
sagot ko, "thru snail mail nga nila padala kaya ako nagfafollow-up"

naku, they need to join this forum... di ko naman masisi kasi dahil nga bago pa lang yung ruling... so lahat tayo even the agencies/consultants have no concrete idea what to expect next..

am glad ur new set of docs are ready to kick and fly our application was sent August 2010 and we received the returned docs with the CIO letter dated September 17 2010 last January 10 2011 kaya palagay ko malapit lapit na ho siya senyo dumating, baka nakikitulog din po sa post office hehehe

i think if it is addressed to ur agency then most likely it will be delivered there? but then u can always inquire over the counter with the post office if a mail addressed to u has arrived? u can try volunteering too to help in searching among the boxes and tons of letters...minsan kasi SOME employees baka wala sa mood maghanap and it will help if u can volunteer

No agency for me. I don't know if my bank draft has been encashed. I tried calling the bank but they could not disclose any info coz I need to seek request first from the main office.

You should capricorn, alam mo ba may nabasa ako before na kahit alam ng applicant na gen ielts dapat, nag insist daw ang agency nya na ok lang kahit academic, eh ayon, pindalhan sya ng ielts request, so sayang ang time since at first naman alam na alam nya sana ang guidelines kaso yung agency ang nag insist

i need seniors help.. did the manila visa office ask police clearance from KSA? i originally applied the police clearance via the ksa embassy somewhere in europe last september but until now they havent returned it yet..they said it will takes 3 mos to process at the ministry of interior but its been 5 mos already.. pls comment

hi lizz, our agency is EVP... i just came back from the post office that sends the letters to the agency and wala sya matandaan na pinadala sa agency na nkapangalan sa akin. He recalls having delivered some mails to the agency last tuesday but cant remember anything addressed to me. Checked with the agency and wala daw talaga.

Hay I dunno what to do and think... Ano kaya nangyari... I hope it's just a simple delay. Tomorrow is another day of waiting. Hoping for some good news before the week ends.

I will also do that ladyk the notarized copies of bankbooks showing the latest transactions.........Oh my..... i am dying to have my returned documents for IELTS TRF. patience.. patience... patience counting every single days to pass by.

My waiting countdown has been ended this afternoon as i received my snail mail from CIO (3 months and 20 days to be exact.  My application has been returned due to

• You did not indicate the VO requested for the process of your application. Please note: Sydney, NS-CIO is not a valid selection
• I forgot to fill up the date of our marriage

Other than that, no more. They really checked every detail because my application forms have red pen marks and they even  highlighted the missed boxes. At least dumaan sa mga kamay nila 

NOW, i can send my full application with my original IELTS TRF.

 @  Westpoint> i will post the day when i release my application package, I will get another bank certificate on Monday, and issue another bank draft.

 @ ann_jay...... make it fast so we can have the same timeline

my question is makaka affect ba sa application ko if minsan short or over un pera sa bank? makaka delay ba sha pag ganon or di naman

Salamat sa lahat nagbatid sa akin ng Happy Bday at Congratulation sa akin.Sa week na ito,grabe na feel ko yon hirap at saya sa paghihintay ng PER.Kahit macancel na yon tsibugan at invitation dumating ng yon PER.Kaya ang ending nagbili ng ako ng pancitpalabok at Coke,o k na!

Totoo yon sabi ng kaibagan ko,iba ang feeling sa paghihintay ka ng result sa board exam,kaysa sa maghintay ka ng result sa immigration application mo!

Kaya wish ko para sa lahat,sana magiging smooth sailing yon visa application natin.


May tanong ako sa nag undergo ng MR,magkano ayon bayad sa mga bata?

      The Manila VO didnt require me to submit my KSA police clearance (4 years ako dun), they just required my NBI and my Oman Police Clearances. dunno kung magrerequire pa sila. pero pag nagask pa sila, madali naman ytang kumuha. goodluck! PS im not a senior pala hehehe...

During my physical exam, I was asked kung nagkaron ako ng certain diseases, sagot ko kasi NO sa lahat.
There was no further test advised by the doctor, siguro in your case if you will declare it, they will test you for Hepa A and probably ask for a clearance. It's your choice to declare it or not.

      Sanka pala nagpamedical, pwede magrecommend ka if maganda ung DMP mo? I mean pag mabait/di strict sila. magpapamedical kasi ung wife ko and my 2 year old daughter sa 1st week ng march...ngapala, ask ko narin ha kahit 80% na sure ako...pwede ako magpamedical d2 sa DMP d2 sa Sultanate of Oman diba? sabi kc ng agency ko dati jandaw sa mga DMP sa Pinas kasi jan ang VO ko. actually may appointment nako on march 8 sa kanya, ask ko lang ung idea mo. and after pla ng medical exam, sino magsusubmit ng mga medical results sa VO? thanks

baka naman sis may chineck pa ang cem sa docs mo, nakapag travel ka ba abroad? kasi once dumating sa vo they are doing security checks, yun nga mga pcc, baka nagverify pa cla ng mga pcc mo, nabasa ko kasi before na medyo may delay daw pag ganun, check mo din email mo baka may need din sila for additional documents kaya di pa sila makapag issue ng MR, pero don't worry, eligible ka na, may kelangan pa siguro sila sayo, like nung kay purplegrey wala munang mr since may additional info sya for the new baby

pag dumating na sa VO docs mo, kelangan intact yung show money or at least wag bumaba sa required for the family since baka mag verify sila ulit, may iba nga na after daw PPR nirequire ng new bank cert.
may nabasa din ako na usually naman daw if they call the bank, the bank will just tell that you do have an account with them but won't declare how much yung laman, so to be safe at least wag lang bumaba sa required funds, kahit man nag iba ang amount dun sa nasubmit mo na

actually maraming ganyang cases sayo nung october, kaso they inquire kasi sa CIO thru email kaya nalaman nila na binalik docs nila and they just prepared another set and then submit ulit, yung isa nga Philippines na nilagay, binalik pa rin since dapat VO is Manila, Philippines.
But go pa rin, submit na asap, and don't worry paikli ng paikli sa 4 months ang processing since paunti na rin mga applicants in the coming months, I think esuper fast track nila tong mga post june e then back sila sa pre june na nakapending last year, so parang fair naman kasi may cap tayo so dapat lang fast track di ba, di tulad before na walang limit

share ko lang nalalaman ko, si krislovesau hindi rin sya sa pinas magpamedical since abroad sya, ang magsubmit ng med results ay yung dmp mismo, kaya after mo mag medical, if di sila tumawag after 2 weeks, forward na nila yun, pede mo sila ifollowup after 2 weeks kung kelan na forward and results mo para kampante kana na nasa cem na, at pag may kids ka daw, icheck mo isa isa if lahat ng family members na results na forward na kasi minsan hindi lahat finorward minsan maiiwan yung sa kids or sa spouse then start counting the days kung kelan last nagsubmit for your PPR from CEM

if sa manila, sa nationwide daw maganda since hindi sila masyado strict, hindi daw tulad sa St. Lukes ba yun na andaming kelangan icheck sayo at matagal magforward ng results

if sa cebu naman daw, sa cebu doc daw maganda at napakadali ng mga tests, mabilis din magforward ng results

Hi liz, i think its me, hehehehe, no problem. I'll share my story, I had an academic IELTS dated dec 2009, and I applied for a doctors job in canada but after I submitted my documents they informed me na its for pooling only. After they released the MI in june, we decided to do a parallel application (we still have  a pending application with my wife as PA), so I was already checking the CIC website and noted the GT IELTS. So, I told them about that and they said theres no problem, besides that our nurse who applied in 2009 had submitted an acad IELTS which she took in jan 2010 too and now shes in canada with the same agency. At that time also, CIO has not released  the number of applicants. So were in the dark then ( we dont know how many 3111/3112 applicants submitted their applications), thats why we took the risk and submitted our file.
