thanks so much capricorn. at least we are now cleared as to DTI registration.  i think BIR registration & latest ITR will suffice already that you've been in the practice for how many years.  i believe ITR will be one of the basis of the CIO for your settlement/proof of funds.  affidavit of job description (for your practice as a dentist), affidavit of ownership (for your clinic) & other certificate of employment will already support that indeed your in the practice for several years plus the BIR registration that you are a registered tax payer deriving income purely from professional practice is enough already.

please advise SENIORS if there's anything i missed out. but more or less these are the docs. right?

ask lang sana ako since same tayo ng NOC..did the embassy ask your employers?? nag background check ba sila?? ilang years ba experience mo?? tymawag ba sila sa bahay nyo?? please share your experiences kung ano mga background check ginawa ng embassy and ano ung mga files na pinasumbit sau sa VISA OFFICE..mga additional documents na ipinasumbit..

 @ carl, and for those nakatanggap ng ielts request, may isang applicant na napadalhan din ng gen ielts request last Jan 18, ngayun may per na sya, sept 15 applicant sya

yung sa kanya nga lang after he receive the email from CIO for the ielts request, nakakuha agad sya ng schedule for the exam the following week and so he was able to send asap his results and now got his per

so madali na lang yung review nila once naforward mo na yung results mo

finished na rin..i sat on the feb 12 exam also..i have sentiments as you.. my interviewer naman bumubulong sa i said "sorry,would you mind repeating the question for me please?" i get distracted kase she has lots of hand gestures signifyng me to stop..tas andaming tinuturo nung kamay nya..hehe..and when she doesn't seem to like your answer she frowns..1st 5-10 questions sa listening parang di pa ko focused..sabog pa ko..antok kase..was able to pick-up nman.. :)but all in all ok naman..

they told us na the results will be released on the 24th..did they tell you the same thing?

Khai, yes sa 24th din..Im wondering nga after ko masend yung IELTS, how many days will they be able to send a PER..I asked the april 2010 group, but no one answered. I dont know if anyone from post 6/26 will be able to answer that coz supposedly kasama na nga yung IELTS with the application. I asked them kasi di ba sa kanila after submission, send sila 1st AOR then IELTS ka to comply 120 days then submit, after non ilang days ulit..Hopefully ours are hehehe "special case", immediately after  receiving send kaagad PER.

God bless pla sa exam,and I was supposed to take that exam(Acad this time) kaso nadivert yon priorities ko for now,nag attend ako ng training sa butcher.I am wondering if you can share as far as you can recall about the question sa speaking.Ito din pinakamahirap na part sa akin,i got 7.5sp sa GT last year,but for me,luck lng tlga yon.

Sa speaking ko, una tinanung sa akin since doctor ako how hard to become one, I explained all the pre requisites to become one including all the tests that I took, yung pinaka main question sa akin is anung LAW ang mipapass ko for the community, will it be helpful, will it be popular? After ko nun, tinanung sa akin kung stance ko about police officers carrying guns, followed-up by how about lady police, what do you think are their role? lastly, when do i need to talk to a lawyer. I hope this helps. Good luck by the way sa acad exam mo.

me kasabay akong nag ielts last year kwentuhan kami after the exam, tinanong daw sa kanya sa speaking portion kung sino fave cartoon character niya, he was in his late 40s, sagot niya si spiderman, (he said the last time he saw a movie was like 10yrs ago pa), then bakit daw si spiderman? at san daw niya gusto manuod, sa sine o sa bahay? ano daw masasabi niya abt the movie? eto nakakatuwa, inimbento lang niya ung fave niya si spiderman kasi na blanko siya and of course he had to pick himself up kaya spidey nasabi at kelangn panindigan na niya un.

ako naman ang question saken was, do i like flowers? of course i love flowers, they're my favorite thing and gardening is my favorite hobby and my garden is full of flowering plants hehehe kahit hindi (sabi kasi sa niners where i reviewed laging positive ang sagot at kahit hindi mo alam or di mo type, laging type mo). when do we give flowers? eto pa iba, do you like shopping? oh of course i love to shoppe hahaha. do u prefer to shop online or go to shpping personally? do u think online shopping will replace personal shopping?
