i'll take note all your inputs. thanks for all the info.  i'll check first the latest doc checklist in the cic website if there are any changes/updates & gather all the necessary docs.  i'll send you an update along the way if there are querries i need to clarify. this forum would really help. 

i'll let you know the docs I have if all are correct in connection with the latest docs checklist to make sure I didn't miss out something.  btw, my wife will still be taking the ielts come march 19,2011 so I need to ready all the docs before the said date so we can submit asap once the ielts result is available.

I m casayed.NOC-3113.SENT all  dcuments to cio canaa along application  package  but by mistake my spouse did not  complted  SCHEDULE1Decleation form.s.houl  i WAit they  return  or  resend  ne  application  wth new  bankdarft  ielts so  tht 1000 cap  doesnt  reach  by  the  time  they return.

should I wait or  resn new  appliaction.Whds  ur  opinion.

app sent 17th january,no  reply  or  dd  encashed  yettday  12th  feb.how  many days  it  takes to  retur  appication  from  canada to bangladesh

Hi Casayed,

you have the same case with one of our forum mates here, i think (my opinion), your documents will be returned as evidenced by the non encashment of your bd (let's hope though that is not the case).

But, if you'd ask for my opinion, if you could send new docs ASAP you better send it NOW becoz we can not tell when ur NOC will be filled up. or give it a month of waiting, who knows ur documents might arrive earlier than expected? or pass through and the reviewing officer might just ask for your wife's sched1 as a follow up?

There are different cases here wherein one applicant submitted his docs w/o his ielts and CIO just requested for him to submit it while the processing of his papers was kept on hold...One forum mate here has similar case with that of yours, and his documents were returned too and he got it after more than four months..Another forum mate here had his documents returned twice and he was able to receive both returned docs in a months time...See, cases varies, and i guess u have to rely too on your gut fee...

so it is final na wala talaga DTI yung nagprivate practice? did you submit also a copy of your contract of lease if ever there is?

guys u can have DTI even if you are in private practice:D my spouse is also a dentist and we have a DTI. what we do not have is a Mayor's permit.

We got a letter thru snailmail dated Feb 7th, just one week after we'd received second AOR, requesting for medical and PR fee.

Congrats krislovesau.. Naku sana dumating na din ung sakin, atat nako magpamedical dahil pag next week pa, super madedelay na kami, dahil may period nako non..hehe

well, i think u have 2 choices, wait for ur docs to arrive so u can get ur orig copy or get ielts again...

u can not depend on that photocopy alone to be accepted, u have waited long enough for ur returned docs and i think sayang po if maibalik ulit yan just becoz of that photocopy and then wait again, it's all a waiting game and it will be frustrating on ur part...you have been stressed out just waiting and thinking when ul get back ur returned docs...

I sent 17th jan 2011,To Cio,Canada.For gross mistakes It will b  retuned to me.they  didnt contact wt me about it.But I knw my  mistak is gross.Its 14th feb 2011.Wha the wise guys think how many days it will take to return my application pack from Canada to Bangladesh

Patience is a virtue  Thank you for making it so light.  i was in a hurry before to send my documents even though at the back of my mind i need someone to take a look of all my papers first for a second opinion..... and because of that i spent 4 months for nothing.
