Received my PER Jan 5.  Today, my e-Cas shows "In Process."
Also, I have a parallel application received by CEM Dec. 2006

Hi may I join in?  Just want to ask how long did you received your returned applications?  The reason I'm asking this is that mine too was returned & I'v just received an email from the CIO today that it was returned last Sept. 29, 2010 due to incomplete docs.  They did not specificy what made it incomplete where in fact I've reviewed it a hundred times pa.  Until now I haven't received yet my complete documents & I have some fear of losing it considering that those are important & origianl docs especially my IELTS results.  Hope to hear some of you guys.

Annjay,  alam mo ba ung paper namin na nireturn kasi 2 sinubmit ng agent namin, sa ming mag asawa, it was dated sept 17 2010 and we received it january 10, 2011, so kahit pano di ka nag iisa dito sa situation mo. baka padating na yan, hopefully in good condition naman lahat and meron silang comment dun sa docs mo kung ano kulang mo ul see...

Thanks Westpoint.  Did you receive also a full refund of the processing fee? What mode of payment did you use? BD or CC? Do you have any idea how to deposit back a returned bank draft? I think i saw your name in the other forum for the post June 26 applicants connect here for the status, right?

do you mean that you got your documents in just within 20 days from the day the CIO send your document to the day you received it?  May I know the reason why it was returned to you?  how did you go about with your bank draft?

Reason for my Returned Application:

November 2009 - soon to expire CC and wrong entry of VO instead of Manila Philippines I typed Philippines Only, which is claearly unacceptable to CIO office

June 2010 - for some reason my application didnt made it on time and the CIO changed the requirements and ask me to provide original IELTS test result

So far this Jan 2011 application was in luck that the CIO charged me after 8 days and now...well hoping na makuha ko na lang letter is AOR and request for medical and wishing that I will be one of those lucky person whom i see na waived nila interview.

did they send your docs thru regitered mail or by courier? why is it that i still haven't received my docs up to this time?  they did not also specify the reason why it was incomplete & they didn't even email me about the status of my docs.  I could have know it earlier before my cap was filled up. in fact, i didn't even know the status not until i emailed them.  i beginning to worry now where are my docs & how will i be able to retrieve them when i don't even have a registered umber or tracking number.

yes na rerefund naman yan processing fee...my agent said they used cc. i am also in the other forum but i made this thread kasi most of members in that forum are pre june, meaning they are applicants before the ministerial instruction came out, tayo post, applicants after the ministerial instructions. most of them are either waiting for their visa stamped passports or just waiting for their mr ganon. kaya sila naging "post" yung heading kasi before the min. instruction u only have to submit ur paper to be assessed kahit la ka pang ielts di ba, and when they are qualified that is the time they submit all full docs (FD) and most of them submitted it after june 26 na kaya post but it doesnt mean na under the new min. instr sila, unlike tayo na ngayon lang kaya we fall under the new min. intstr.

that's y i thought of putting up this thread pero marami pa rin tayong malalaman sa experiences nila and they are helpful too in sharing with members kung ano magandang diskarte or whatever helps...

with regards to your bankdraft i think its better if u could coordinate that with your bank very cooperative naman sila...

I applied as Federal Skilled Worker with NOC # 3113 last October 28, 2010 and it was received by CIO in Sydney NS November 3, 2010. Married with 3 children ages 18, 13 and 11. Although this is very premature to ask about the response, I would just like to have peace of mind while waiting.

Instead of writing Manila, Philippines in the question Visa Office requested for the process of your application I answered the  whole address which is Canadian Embassy, Visa Section..... RCBC Plaza Tower 2, 6th Floor 6819 Ayala Avenue Salcedo Village, Makati City. But the Canadian Embassy, Visa Section was only reflected in the box

I missed sending the 2 self addressed mailing labels. Does my application affect the processing??? Will I receive an electronic file number through email whether my application will be  put into processing or denied?

you're a dentist? I think dapat nilalagay lang Manila, Philippines. Si Pinay she wrote Philippines only and it was returned kasi kulang ng Manila. If Canadian Embassy Visa Section lang na reflect and it lacked Manila Philppines baka ibalik? anyway dont worry about not including self stamped enveloped if they are going to return that they will using their own mangyayari lang niyan baka matagalan like ke annjay or mabilis makabalik like that of Pinay here, u can read their experiences sa itaas. It varies kasi, mine had a date of Sept. 17 2010 but received it only last Jan 10 2011? see? un isa me email na nareceive informing her that her docs were returned while the other one got no email but received her docs agad, so iba din e...

let's just hope and pray for the best for us all...
