Doc Carl ask ko lang cause I'm preparing for medical - I had operation 7 years ago but when I asked the hospital for the record wala na daw kasi nasira ng Ondoy last year, do you think kailangan ko pa magdala record during medical anyway 2004 pa naman operation ko, by the way I had gall bladder removal thanks  wala ka bang natago maski anung record nung naoperahan ka? kasi makikita rin yun scar mo, kung wala talaga, puede kang magfollowup dun sa doctor na nagopera sa iyo and pagawa ka ng certification and paindicate mo yung date nung maoperahan ka and kung ano tinanggal sa iyo kung hopeless na talaga na makakuha ka dun sa ospital na pinagoperahan mo, puede ka rin siguro makipagusap dun sa hospital kung papagawa ka ng affidavit sa kanila na hindi na nila maipoproduce ang operating room record mo dahil nga na ondoy yung mga files nila. |

Hi blueray! Congrats sa MR mo at goodluck. Why did you pick up the request sa embassy? hindi ba dapat send sa atin un through snail mail?
dapat ganun. wala kasi ako natatangap, and the embassy told us pinadala na raw nila. so i went to the post office. sabi ng post office, wala raw. so i sent an email to canadian embassy, saying na baka nawala na, and suggested that if i pick up instead. so yun, tinawagan ako, then pinick up ko nalang sa embassy. can't really depend sa snail mail naten... |

carl128 may i ask you a question po. are u a PMA member? kailangan ba member ng PMA para matanggap ng cio? hehe kasi im not a PMA member yet. graduated april 2008. took and passed the board exam 2009. so i put sa application " not a member of any organization/association". you think it matters? huhu =(
academic din a ng ielts ko. no response from cio yet, they received our documents dec17 2010 =(

Hi Fresno, sorry for the delayed response morning lang ako nakakapag open dito sa forum. anyway, I believe Academic sinubmit mo, just like me i submitted my academic ielts and last january email arrived and asked me to take the GT-Ielts. PMA certification naman sa tingin ko hindi ganun ka bigdeal ang important syempre yung diploma mo both for medicine and pre-med, work certification mo with JD and length of time on that work. If I were you, book ka na for GT-Ielts, para maka take agad then submit immidiately. |

Hindi "registered" mail, but regular mail lang. kung collect via dhl, mas maganda yun thanks blue.. coz in the new and latest AOR.. they added na that ang mga deliveries of documents is thru courier collect na daw.. to make the deliveries faster.. thats y im confused coz its a new system.. i got an email today from DHL and it is n my SPAM.. saying parcels have been sent out and expect it to be delivered 7 working days.. i dont know if this is it or not. coz it didnt say where its from.. and it didnt also say canadian embassy. only that the parcel was sent and expect to be delivered 7 days. what do u think guys.... is it the MR already... hayyyy... just have to wait nlng.. |

hello po, magtatanong lang po sana ako regarding sa job description na isusubmit po ba yun separately?tau po ba ang gagawa or from the employer yun? salamat po.mag rereapply po kasi ako. Hi there, sa wife ko ginawa namin humingi kami ng employment certificate na naka indicate yung kung kelan ka nagstart, position mo, pati narin yung job description mo, make sure din na mag mamatch yung JD mo sa NOC code mo ha, hindi basta basta na JD lang ( reviewhin mo yung NOC mo) and dapat hindi rin kinopya dun, lastly hingi ka rin ng calling card nung signatory ng employment certificate mo.. fellow forumers kung me na-over ako or kulang, padagdag na lang or give your own take on this.
