What could be the reason kaya para hindi ka mabigyan ng visa because of your medical results other than hepa B, and HIV? Guys, may idea ba kayo?
hello, are all Hepa B positive denied of visa? just asking? thanks... |

Hi violet! Sa pagkakaalam ko kasi nakapag abroad na ako dati if mag positive sa Hepa B or HIV di na nila pinapayagan makapag work sa ibang bansa im not sure lang kung sa mga OFW lang un o pati sa mga nagaapply ng immigrant visa. |

ang saya ng simula nga araw natin algladz noh!!! knina pa lng sa bahay im trying to open my email sa sa BB ko pero nag eerror e di lalo naman daw akong kinabahan..kaya agad agad pumasok para makapag check dito sa office..Hay!!! napaluha ako sa tuwa and i closed my eyes to say a littlee prayer of thankfulness. dami naming pinag daanan ..it took us 7 months bago naipasa ang application na yan!!!a last simula na ito... @ bebe wait pa konti, medyo nag re route lng siguro sayo!!!  |

Hello, just want to share with you the response from CHC London to one of the forumers.... he is a pre June 26 applicant, he sent his application May 2010 and this is the reply he got from his VO.... Today i got reply from CHC london
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your enquiry. CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament. As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume. Yours sincerely, Client Service Unit (LIB) ..... take note of the last sentence regarding " high priority categories"  .... I assume that this is " us", the post June 26 applicants..... take note also that they are working closely to manage the arrivals in Canada, not exceeding the plans set by the Parliament for 2011..... ... Im wondering kung ano kaya NOC nya? |

Thank you Carl Medyo na confuse lang ako kung ano dapat matatangap ko. Was wondering why everybody was getting PER and some has AOR. Naloka ako saglit. Thank you for the info. Hehehe, to confuse you more (joke lang), sa personal kung opinion lang, magkaiba talaga ang PER at AOR, 1) ang AOR kasi eh para sa pre-6/26 ministerial instruction, 2) AOR stands for Acknowledgement of receipt and talagang reciept lang wala pang review unlike PER me acknowledgement na may eligibility review result pa (kaya mas mabilis). |
