I was at our consultant's office this afternoon to deliver the check for RPRF. We were discussing the timeline of delivery of visas and realized that the date of our medicals is the start of the 1year of visa validity (if ever given).

In our MR, it said there we have 60days to complete the medicals. Kung sinulit lang namin, baka April 2012 ang expiry ng visa which is good dahil tapos na ang snow at winter. At dahil March 2 kami nagpamedicals,mga March 2 next year ang expiry ng maging visa namin kung kelan nagsosnow pa like now. Talagang mapipilitan kami umalis nito before snow starts this coming October... Kaya guys plan nyo rin ang date ng medicals nyo. Naging excited kami at nagpa-MR agad.. Pero ok na rin.. Basta approved!

Great Info! But to share our experience naman sa Nationwide (Makati) last March 2, eto mga gastos namin:

Basic:
4000 - each adult
1800 - 1 yr old child (physical exam only)
50 - courier fee for each person (total 150)

Additional:
1100 - Hepa B&C test (since I declared I had Hepa A before)
300 - forgot the test but Husband had to take it because he declared he has Tattoos

yun po bang imm 0008 application for permament residence in canada na question #12 how many years of formal education do you have? yun po yung tanong....

yung case ko po 6 six years ako nagcollege...bali here po yung total years ko of education...

elem           6
highschool   4
college        4 ( 1st course ) graduate bs hra
                  2  ( 2nd course ) graduate bs nursing
total year   18

but di po ba dapat na sagot 16 lang? yung 6 years ko ng college nag leave of absence ako
and shift ng shift pati kaya nadelay but equivalent na 4 year course lang naman natapos ko.
so ano po ba ang dapat ko isagot dito...16 or 18 po ba?

Ask ko lang if you finished with diploma yong bs hra mo??? kasi according to my agency they will count the number of years wherein you finished your college.

i have a friend from dvo same kau ng agency gipaulit kc sya ng ielts exam.academic kc ung nakuha nya b4 pareho kami ikaw din bah pinaulit o general na nakuha mo?

Sa mga waiting for mr, eto important info save nyo na copy ko sa kabilang thread:

child ages 0-10 urine test and complete physical exam
child ages 11-14 urine test, chest xray and complete physical exam
child ages 15 above (including adult) urine test, chest xray, complete physical exam, HIV test

To save time:
1. Magdala ng madaming ballpen at water therapy.
2. Dalhin lahat ng medical certs kung applicable, previous xray kung me previous case ng PTB or exposure sa PTB. Dalhin din ang vaccination record ng mga bata. "Eyeglasses dalhin din."
3. Kung nagkaperiod ka ( female ) make sure na pumunta ka after 7 days ng iyong last day
4. Mag pa picture na sa labas, 4x passport size lang kelangan, meron naman sa 4th floor kaso hintayin mo pa.
5. Hawakan ang inyong passport at yung ibibigay na checklist sa step 3 at all time

Eto step-by-step

1. Punta sa counter kuha ng forms
2. Fill up ng sangkatutak na forms at ipaste ang mga pictures, i sign na rin ang pictures
3. Punta sa table 2 para ma assess ang forms, bibigyan ka ng ID at checklist
4. Hintayin tawagin para magbayad
 P4,000 15-above
 P2,000 11-14yrs old
 P1,750 11 below
5. Eye checkup, weight, height
6. Interview ng doc, undress para ma checkup ( CPE )
7. Xray
8. Urine at Blood
9. Tatawagin ka sa table 3 kung ok na tapos uwi ka na
10. Bigay ang checklist at id sa lobby

tanong ko lang, if ever pala yung 2 year old ko nagkaron ng primary complex last year, di na rin pala matrace since wala naman silang xray? so basehan lang yung nakalagay sa baby's book?

general training na nakuha ko..december na kasi ako exam last year..kaya nga natagalan pass ang application kasi review pa ng 1 month bago exam..
