in my opinion based from the different threads that i've read from, iba iba case, merong mabilis, merong matagal. but the common denominator is: they come anyhow.

Thanks a lot westpoint..di ko kase alam kung pano sumali sa timeline eh..anyway NOC ko 3152, na mail yung documents sep29 di ko alam kung na ncash yung BD ko kase ayaw mag cooperate ng agency ko..wala pa akong na re receive na PER until now..pero nag try akong mag ECAS 4days ago but until now no reply pa rin..

sa pagkaka alam ko u have to get ur PER first then ECAS next. Wala pa akong ECAS, calling the attention of our forum mates who already has their ECAS. thanks!

as per beanddrei's experience he got his ECAS first, kaya iyan po ang procedure for Post 6/26/10 applicants, i think ganon din for pre? ECAS, PER, MR, PPR, VISA...thanks bea for the info re ECAS

It's a stupid stupid mistake on my part 

First application, sent last week of July, returned to me by CIC around 2nd week of August, reason: no IMM5406 (Additional Family Information) for my wife.... I only submitted for myself.

Second Application: sent the morning after I received the returned kit, around 2nd week of August, returned to me (again!!!!  ) on Sept 17, 2010, reason: wrong NOC code, I wrote 1223 instead of 1233..... (really really stupid  )..... I again sent my application kit the morning after, and was received by CIC on Sept 24, 2010..... end the rest is history   

this is some experience i'd rather have (i think) it's quite funny and yet the reaction from CIC is surely surprising ang bilis huh compared sa iba nating mga kasamahan who  until now has yet to receive news from CIC...I'm happy for you beanddrei

oo mahirap kung may agency..nag try akong magtanong sa bank regarding my bank draft, yung agency ko lang daw ang pwede maka access kase cla ang nagpagawa ng bank draft ko..sabi naman ng agency ko wala daw clang access kaya yun..hanggang ngayon wla talaga akong idea kung ano na ang status ng application ko..haaaiiii...

sino ba agency mo? did you both sign a contract? mahirap pag di nakikicooperate, but nevertheless you have to do something abt it, it's your money that is at stake...i hope maayos din ito at maging okay kalabasan..

Hello molarius, at last i had the chance to track 3113 applicant.
I am from Davao, i sent my application package to CIO NS Oct. 28, 2010, they received it Nov. 3, 2010. Though i found out that i've made minor mistakes in filling the appl forms, i have accepted the fact that it will be returned to me. I checked with the bank and BD was not yet encashed. I haven't received any communication from CIO. Do you have an agency?
Can we update each other??? thank you and i wish you can receive your PER the soonest.
