Hi
I am also an October 2009 applicant, a Bangladeshi. I lodged my application to CIO, Sydney on October 1, 2009 and from 1 July 2010 E-Cas status client shows that my application is currently 'In Process' at the CHC London.
... now the wait continues....

Hi October 2009 Applicants.
I submitted my application in early October, received full docs request early December. I submitted full docs early April.
I looked last week and noticed that they started processing my application June 26th. Today, I received a letter dated August 12th with a request for medical forms to be completed within 90 days and to provide missing New Zealand police reports.
Things seem to be happening at the Buffalo office.
Fingers crossed.

Received RPRF today.
But not the PPR, nor anything about interview waiver. I did medical examination on 26th July, 10. the report of which was sent immediately. E-cas still doesn't reflect their receiving the report.

Hello, I am also an October 2009 applicant. I got my AOR in November 2009 and then my file was transfer to Detroit in May 17, 2010. In process showed in May 28th. I got medicals June 15th and medicals done in July 14th. Since that no more changes. I hope I will get PPR soon!!! Please keep sharing to see what is going on with the 2009 Applicants. Hi, I am also an Oct 09 applicant. I got my AOR in Dec 09. I submitted my full documents in April 2010. On Aug 18 my Application in process and I received a letter dated Aug 18 with request of these documents
